Clinical Study On The Use Of HA To Prevent Intrauterine Adhesions After Surgical Abortion

Objective:Explore the clinical medical value by inject sodium hyaluronate gel into uterine cavity after surgical abortion,observe whether it can make the adhesion of the lesions are relatively light,reduce the incidence of caused by intrauterine adhesions,expect to find a more simple and effective method for intrauterine adhesions caused by surgical abortion.Methods:Selected 800 pregnant wowen who active ask for surgical abortion from December 2013 to May 2016 as the research object(All the research object in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria).they were divided into groups randomly:the test group and the control group,each group with 400 cases.The test group was treated with intrauterine injection of HA after abortion,and the control group was treated with conentional surgical abortion.Two groups were followed up regular after operation surgery and tested adhesions,analyzed the data with SPSS 17.0 for Windows software.Results:1.Postoperative recovery of the test group and control group,the duration of abdominal pain、infection rate is statistically significant differences(p<0.05).But by contrast the number of days of vaginal bleeding、the recovery of menstration in the test group and the control group patients with t test(p>0.05),the study shows that the experimental group and the control group there was no difference in the number of days of vaginal bleeding patients and recovery of menstration.2.Incidence of hypomenorrhoea、amenorrhoea after operation of test group were significantly lower than those in the contor group.3.The test group patients caused by intrauterine adhesions rate was lower than those of control group.4.The test group and control group patients with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy of intrauterine adhesions were above 90%.Conclusion:HA injected into the uterine cavity after surgical abortion has the advantages of reducing intrauterine adhesions and fewer adverse reactions,and worthy of clinical application.
