Clinical Study On The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Preemptive Analgesia In Hysteroscopic Adhesion Separation

Objective To observe the pain effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application preemptive analgesia on the intraoperative and postoperative of intrauterine adhesions in patients undergoing hysteroscopy,and to provide safe and effective analgesia for patients in combined with the concept of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods 70 cases of patients with intrauterine adhesions who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were selected.(n=35).The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,0.5 mg intramuscular injection of atropine sulfate was given for half an hour before hysteroscopy,and treated with 2%hydrochloric acid lidocaine 5min before hysteroscopy.The treatment group was treated with acupoints on the basis of the control group.6 hours before the procedure in the selection of Hegu,Neiguan,Shenque,Guanyuan were sticking,a total of 8 hours by senior nurses after unified training and assessment of qualified.To assess and record the research object in the intraoperative,postoperative half hour VAS pain score and nausea and vomiting,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold limbs,sweating,dizziness,lassitude,tinnitus symptoms score.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze and compare the two groups of patients in the operation,postoperative pain and postoperative symptoms of discomfortResults All the data were collected from 68 subjects,There were 34 cases in the control group and the other in the intervention group(n=34).(1).VAS score comparison:① When intraoperative separation,the treatment group VAS score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group half an hour after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2).Surgical associated symptom score:The results of the 6 physical symptoms observed in this study were compared.① The scores of nausea and vomiting,soreness and weakness of waist and knees and cold sweating in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in dizziness,fatigue and tinnitus discomfort between the two groups(P>0.05).②The scores of nausea and vomiting,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,cold sweat of the treatment group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in dizziness,fatigue and tinnitus discomfort between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Preoperative traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application preemptive can improve the intraoperative and postoperative pain,nausea and vomiting,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,limb cold sweating and other symptoms in hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions,and have good clinical application value.
