Study On Preparation And Antibacterial Activity Of Compound Antibacterial And Carbuncle Ointment

Research on the development and antibacterial activity of the compound antibacterial anti-carbuncle green ointment.This subject is based on the popular anti-carbuncle prescription,which is under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Using the theories and methods of the modern pharmaceutics,research on the compatible prescription of herba violae,Centella asiatica,Eclipta,ageratum conyzoides to acquire a compound preparation of anti-bacterial green ointment.The extraction process and compatibility of the extract were determined by the orthogonal test design and the single factor study with using the inhibition zone diameters.The appropriate compatible prescription of herba violae,Centella asiatica,Eclipta,ageratum conyzoides was:3:1:2:1 correspondently.The quality standard of the content of borneol,rutin and asiaticoside as main indicator was established and the stability of topical antibacterial and carbuncle ointment was investigated,which lays the experimental foundation of further development and production of topical anti-bacterial and anti-carbuncle green ointment.The results of the gel preparation test were in line with the requirements of the gel included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 version).
