The Study Of Niaolujing Ⅰ Prescription In The Improving Of Ureter Stent Symptom Of Accumulated Damp-heat Of Ureteral Calculi After URS

Objective Through the study of NiaolujingⅠprescription in the improving of ureter stent symptom of Accumulated Damp-heat of Ureteral calculi after URS,to further expand the clinical application of Chinese medicine in the Urologic surgery,in order to alleviate the postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion and exclusion criteria,this project included 68 patients of Accumulated Damp-heat with ureteral calculus.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The treatment group recived ceftizoxime injection 3.0gbid intravenous infusion of anti infection treatment for three days after the surgery.then,the treatment group received patients discharge and took 200 ml NiaolujingⅠorally twice a day to the end when double J tubes were removed;the control group recived ceftizoxime injection 3.0gbid intravenous infusion of anti infection treatment for three days after the surgery,then,the control group received patients discharge but no other special treatment to the end when double J tubes were removed.Two groups of patients were asked to finished the ureteral stent symptom questionnaire(USSQ)at a given time,the given time were the first week and the forth week after indwelling double-J stent,and the first week after removing double-J stent.We also checked the urine routine every time,after removing double-J stent,we weighed and graded the stones attached to the wall of double J tube in two groups.Results During the period of the experiment,14 cases were removed,and finally the treatment group and the control group were 27 cases respectively.Compared with the control group,the treatment group is improved.(1)the lower urinary tract symptoms of urinary frequency,urgency,urine,nocturia,dysuria,hematuria were improved in the treatment group;(2)the body pain symptoms of lower abdominal pain,waist rib pain,bladder pain and odynuria were improved in the treatment group;(3)the general condition of the body fatigue and irritability were improved in the treatment group;(4)the rest frequency decreased and working hours increased in the treatment group;(5)the count of red blood cell and white blood cell decreased in the urine routine in the treatment group;(6)the stones attached to double J tube decresed in the treatment group.Conclusion The NiaolujingⅠprescription can obviously improved the Ureteral stent symptom of Accumulated Damp-heat of Ureteral calculi after URS.
