Correlation Study Between Gout TCM Syndromes Types And Laboratory Indexes

Objective 1.By studying the correlation between gout TCM syndromes types and laboratory indexes,to provide objective evidence for Gout TCM syndromes types.2.Studying the incidence of gouty nephropathy characteristics,to explore the risk factors for gouty nephropathy and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of gouty nephropathy.Methods In this study,patients with e GFR≥30ml/min·1.73m~2 were selected in the traditional chinese medicine hospital of hang zhou,between January 2010 to January 2017.Collectting and sorting related clinical datas and laboratory indexes,pathological features,TCM syndrome types of all gout study cases and using SPSS21.0 software for data statistics processing.Analysising relationships between gout TCM syndrome types and laboratory indexes,studying the risk factors of gouty nephropathy.Results 1.Normal information:a total of 161 cases were collected in this study with a male to female ratio of 39.25:1 and an average age of onset 46.00±13.78 years.The shortest course of disease is two days and the longest is 40 years,the average duration is 109.44±89.60months.The first joint is most commonly affected by metatarsophalangeal joints,a total of 98cases,accounting for 60.9%.2.Differences in laboratory indexes between Gout TCM Syndromes types:the patients in the group were divided into the damp and hot accumulate knod card group,stasis hot block card group,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group,liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group.(1)Compared with other groups,the WBC in the damp and hot accumulate knod card group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Compared with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group,the WBC in the stasis hot block card group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Compared with liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group,the Hb in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(2)Compared with other groups,the ESR in the damp and hot accumulate knod card group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Compared with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group,the CRP in the damp and hot accumulate knod card group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(3)Compared with the damp and hot accumulate knod card group,the Cr in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Compared with the damp and hot accumulate knod card group,the TG in the other groups is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Compared with the damp and hot accumulate knod card group,the LDL in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.(4)Compared with stasis hot block card group and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group,the e GFR in the damp and hot accumulate knod card group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(5)Compared with the damp and hot accumulate knod card group and stasis hot block card group,the Uosm in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group is lower,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.(6)Compared with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group,theα1-MG/Cr、NAG/Cr in liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome group is higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.3.Logistic regression results showed that the long course of disease(OR=9.019,P<0.05),tophus(OR=5.747,P<0.05),drinking(OR=3.334,P<0.05),high fasting blood glucose levels(OR=5.298,P<0.05)maybe the risk factors for gouty nephropathy.Conclusion 1.The present study suggests that WBC,ESR,CRP can be used as dialectical objective indicators of the damp and hot accumulate knod card and stasis hot block card.The Hb,LDL can be used as dialectical objective indicators of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The Uosm,Cr,α1-MG/Cr,NAG/Cr can be used as dialectical objective indicators of liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.2.long course of disease,tophus,drinking,high fasting blood glucose levels maybe the risk factors for gouty nephropathy.
