Data Collection And Mining Of Regional Medical System Based On Big Data

With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology in China,the State continues to explore,reform and adjust the medical and health system,and at the same time,it also increase the intensity of the construction of urban and rural medical institutions and regional medical and health services,in order to realize the information of hospital management and accelerate the development of information construction of the medical system which is an important goal of the medical and health industry in China.In recent years,thousands of companies and enterprises are building various cloud computing platform technologies to meet their data processing needs.They will also collect,integrate,integrate,and process isomorphism and heterogeneous data sources coming from different hardware and software platforms,data models,and even processing models.However,people can usually only analyze simple surface data,and it is difficult to see the important information hidden behind which leads to some historical,mass,and useful data cannot be analyzed and processed.Data mining technology came into being in order to obtain massive intangible and valuable data knowledge.Data mining technology is a powerful and applicable technology which has been applied to various industries in China and has attracted the attention of managers from all walks of life in the world.It can be seen that its impact is inestimable.At present,the application research of data mining technology in China is still in its infancy,which mainly used for leadership decision-making,business management,production control,market analysis,engineering design and scientific exploration and analysis.Due to the huge amount of data and complex types of information systems in medical institutions,it takes a lot of time and cost to collect and process valuable data.How to combine large data and cloud computing technologies to efficiently collect,storage,analysis,and process a large amount of valuable date to achieve medical information intercommunication and sharing of medical,hygiene and health institutions in each region.This article first introduced the research status of medical informatization construction at home and abroad,discussed the necessity of using big data in the medical system and analyzed the main problems in hospital medical information system in detail.Then it discussed the advantages of massive data processing combined big data and cloud computing,collect and excavate regional medical data by using ETL technology.Finally it studied the fusion technology of medical information data,and elaborates the application of data acquisition and data mining based on big data in regional medical systems.Its purpose is to provide theoretical support and technical solutions for the construction of regional medical informatization in China,and to use big data to improve the quality and efficiency of medical information services and to realize the sharing and exchange of patient medical information in the region.Finally,this article collected and mined big data by using two application softwares: ASP 2017 and ACCESS 2013,and summarized and forecasted the future development of big data and regional information.
