Study On Satisfaction Degree And Influencing Factors Of Medical Insurance Of Rural Residents In S County

"Without health,there is no comprehensive well-off",In reality,there are many rural residents who suffer from poverty due to illness and return to poverty due to illness.Health is not only related to one’s physical fitness,but also affects the development of one’s family and even affects the overall development of all-round well-off society.If rural residents still live in an environment where the distribution of medical resources is unbalanced,and medical services are difficult and expensive,how can we achieve a healthy and well-off society for all when the medical system still has some drawbacks and social security is not comprehensive?Rural basic medical insurance,as a policy to guarantee the bottom line and benefit the people,plays a very important role.Since 2002,we have been actively guiding farmers to establish the new rural cooperative medical care system and implement the new rural cooperative medical care policy.By 2016,we will carry out the medical insurance reform and implement the basic medical insurance for rural residents in the basic medical insurance policy for urban and rural residents.In order to improve the satisfaction of this policy among rural residents,improve their sense of health and happiness,and maintain the sustainable development of the basic medical system,the satisfaction of basic medical insurance for rural residents was studied.This study S county rural residents satisfaction of medical treatment insurance as the research object,on the expectation theory,health care,attribution theory,maslow’s demand theory as the theoretical support,according to the survey of the access object and the information obtained from previous studies theory,analyzes the influence factors of rural residents’ satisfaction degree,and then puts forward corresponding solutions according to the influencing factors.In detail,through literature review and analysis,a questionnaire was designed based on the four dimensions of individual characteristics,medical insurance system,designated medical institutions and the government’s work in medical insurance.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire,regression analysis was applied to study the factors influencing the satisfaction of basic medical insurance.The study found that among the five factors of personal characteristics,there is no significant influence;among the five factors of medical insurance system,the reimbursement proportion and reimbursement method have significant influence;among the six factors of designated medical institutions,the reimbursement procedure,medical level and service attitude have significant influence.Both factors play a significant role in the government’s work on health insurance.Based on the results of analysis,combined with the actual situation of S county,according to the unsatisfactory factors,the paper proposes to strengthen government policy publicity,increase publicity efforts,open information and smooth channels.Improve the medical quality of designated medical institutions,strengthen the construction of basic medical services,improve the professional quality of medical staff,strengthen the supervision of designated medical institutions,optimize the reimbursement procedures;In the medical insurance system,the reasonable planning of financing level and financing method,the formulation of reasonable reimbursement level and reimbursement scope;We will improve relevant laws and regulations of basic medical insurance.
