Clinical Study On The Immediate Antihypertensive Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Bean On Perimenopausal Hypertension

Objective:In this study,we use acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans as the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension,and observe the effect of immediate antihypertensive effect,in order to provide clinical basis for the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension.Methods:Divided the patients met the inclusion criteria into experimental group and control group,the control group received basic treatment,and the experimental group was additionally treated with acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing,observe and record the systolic and diastolic blood pressure before treatment,10 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes and 150 minutes after treatment,analysis and compare the data of the two groups.Results:Observation on the effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans on immediate antihypertensive effect of perimenopausal hypertension:1.The analysis of results the systolic blood pressure before treatment,10 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes and 150 minutes after treatment showed:There was significant difference between the two groups after 10 minutes,30 minutes and 60 minutes of treatments(P<0.05),but after 150 minutes of treatments,the analysis showed no difference(P>0.05).2.The analysis of results the diastolic blood pressure before treatment,5minutes,10 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes and 90 minutes after treatment showed:There was significant difference between the two groups after 10 minutes,30 minutes and 60 minutes of treatments(P<0.05),but after 150 minutes of treatments,the analysis showed no difference(P>0.05).3.Compare the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the experimental group and the control group,it showed:After treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in both groups showed a downward trend.4.The systolic blood pressure of each treatment point in the experimental group and the control group were compared within the group,the results showed:The pairwise comparison between groups were significant differences(P<0.05).5.The diastolic blood pressure of each treatment point in the experimental group and the control group were compared within the group,the results showed:he pairwise comparison between groups were significant differences(P<0.05).6.Compare the decrease of blood pressure of two groups,it showed:In the 60minutes after the treatment,the decrease of blood pressure was much more in experimental group,after this time point,the decrease of two groups is similar,and of 90minutes,the decrease was the most.7.The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group after 60 minutes of treatment were compared,it showed:There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were decreased after treatment,in the 60 minutes,acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans had a better decrease effect,after this time point,acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing beans’effect fell into a decline.
