Objective:This study mainly describes the status quo of social function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and discusses the factors affecting the social function of patients,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research on social function intervention of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:a total of 239 elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were selected from October 2020 to December 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University The general information questionnaire, social support assessment scale, medical coping questionnaire and social function defect screening scale were used to investigate the subjects. The statistical processing was conducted by using R 3.5.1 software(https://www.r-project.org/)Data analysis Methods,Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation among social support, medical coping and social function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,univariate analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis were used to describe the status of social function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and analyze its influencing factors.Result:1.240 questionnaires were distributed and 239 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 99.58%.In this study, the youngest was 60 years old,the oldest was 82 years old,the average age was(67.74±5.22)years old;167 cases(69.9%)were male,72 cases(30.1%)were female;155 cases(64.85%)were patients with junior high school education or below;93 cases(38.9%)were farmers,146 cases(61.1%)were retired and others.2.In this group,136 elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)had social function score of(2.75±2.57)and≥2(with social function defect)in 136 cases, the incidence rate was 56.9%.In terms of social support score, the total score of social support was(35.12±7.48),30 cases(12.6%)had high level of social support,201 cases(84.1%)had medium level social support, and 8cases(3.3%)had low level of social support. In the aspect of medical coping,182 cases(76.2%)were faced, the average score was(2.66±0.54),43 cases(18.0%)were avoidance, the average score was(2.04±0.41),14 cases(5.9%)were yielding, the average score was(1.59±0.60).3.Face to face was positively correlated with the total score of social support, the score of social support utilization, the score of subjective support and the score of objective support(P<0.001)There was a negative correlation between the score of objective support(P<0.001);there was a negative correlation between yield and the total score of social support, the score of social support utilization, the score of subjective support and the score of objective support(P<0.001);there was a negative correlation between the total score of social support, the score of utilization of social support, the score of subjective support, the score of objective support and the score of social function(all P<0.001)There was a positive correlation between average service and social function score(all P<0.001).4.Univariate analysis showed that education level(P<0.001),occupation(P<0.001),income(P<0.001),residence(t/χ~2=17.731,P<0.001),payment method(t/χ~2=36.014,P<0.001),sleep condition(t/χ~2=99.601,P<0.001),combined hypertension(t/χ~2=5.915,P=0.015,P<0.05)The incidence of angina pectoris(t/χ~2=3.997,P=0.046,P<0.05),social support level(P<0.001)and medical coping style(t/χ~2=56.689,P<0.001)were related to social function.5.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors with statistically significant differences in single factor analysis(education level, occupation, income, residence, payment mode, sleep situation, hypertension, angina pectoris, social support level, coping style)were included in the multiple factor analysis, and stepwise regression was conducted. The results showed that the risk of social dysfunction in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(or=4.161);the risk of social dysfunction in good sleep and general was lower than that in poor sleep(or=0.016,or=0.145);the risk of social dysfunction with hypertension was higher(or=2.795);the higher the level of social support, the lower the risk of social dysfunction, but no significant difference was observed The risk of coping style was lower than that of avoidance(or=0.028).Conclusion:1.The social function of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is poor, and the incidence of social dysfunction is high.2.The level of education, occupation, monthly income, medical payment,Angina Pectoris and social support have influence on the social function of elderly patients after PCI Living place, sleep quality, hypertension and medical coping style were independent factors of social function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
