Objective this study to the operating room nursing Practice guidance and teaching outline curriculum standard as a guide,based on a certain intelligent Public Platform to create the operating room Autonomous learning ability and efficiency of the classroom.Methods 1.through literature research,reference guidelines,discussion of the subject group and other methods,the initial indicators of the key Points of the operating room aseptic technique series of training courses are drawn up.2.through Delphi,15 experts in the area were inquired by We Chat and email.After two rounds of consultation,5 first-level knowledge indicators,14second-level knowledge indicators,and 27 third-level knowledge indicators were finally determined.Knowledge indicators form the essential knowledge Points of a series of Practical training courses on aseptic technique in operating rooms that form Blended teaching model.3.Course preparation:Established a teaching team for a series of Practical training courses on aseptic technology in operating rooms.the teaching team combined the results of expert correspondence and used methods such as brainstorming and group discussions be consistent,after the value ofχ~2test,P<0.01,which is statistically significant,and the degree of coordination of expert opinions is better.3.the main Points of the series of training courses of aseptic technology in operating room:After two rounds of expert letter inquiries,the average value of the importance of all items in the first-level indicators is between 4.80 and 4.93,the full score(Kj)is between 80%and 90.33%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)is between 0.05 and 0.09;the importance of the second-level indicators is between 4.80 and 4.93,the full score(Kj)is between 50%and 80%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)is between 0.05 and 0.11,all of which meet the inclusion criteria;the index is evaluated.the average value of the index importance is between 4.53 and 4.93,the full score(Kj)is between 53.33%and90%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)is between 0.05 and 0.11,all of which meet the inclusion criteria;confirm 5 three first-level knowledge indicators,14second-level knowledge indicators,and 27 third-level knowledge indicators form the essential knowledge Points of a series of training courses on aseptic technology in operating rooms.4.Evaluation of the effect of Blended teaching mode in the series of Practical teaching of aseptic technique in operating room:(1)Comparison of scores of autonomous learning scale for nursing students:the total score of autonomous learning ability and the average value of the four dimensions of learning motivation,self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information literacy of the experimental group after the mixed teaching mode were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;the average value of the total score of autonomous learning ability in the experimental group=103.6±9.86,t=3.927,P=0.001<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.(2)theoretical and operational to jointly formulate a Blended teaching Plan that meets the background of COVID-19,make course videos,and upload Ding Talk Intelligent Public Platform.the course includes pre-class homework,online video,monitoring learning,online assessment,learning exchanges,etc.the content includes:surgical hand disinfection,wearing sterile surgical gowns,and non-contact gloves.4A random selection of 88 junior college nursing students who were internships in the operating room of a hospital A hospital in Nanning,Guangxi from May 2019 to January 2020 as the control group.A total of 88 third-year college nursing students who had internships in the operating room of the same hospital from June 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the trial.the control group adopts traditional teaching methods.the teacher first intensively teaches the key Points of knowledge and then demonstrates the operation.Finally,the students conduct control exercises and the teacher assists in guidance.the experimental group adopts a blended teaching method,with students’independent learning as the mainstay,supplemented by teacher guidance.Results 1.Experts are highly motivated and authoritative:After two rounds of expert consultation,15 copies were issued and recovered.The effective yield was 100%,experts are highly motivated to participate.the first round of letter-inquiry expert judgement basis is 0.89,0.91,0.90,respectively.the second round of letter-inquiry expert judgment basis is 0.93,0.93,0.93 respectively.the authoritative coefficient(Cr)of the two rounds of letter inquiries to experts is greater than 0.7.2.the degree of coordination of expert opinions is good:the Kendall’s W of the first round of expert letters is 0.209,and the expert scores tend to be consistent,after the value ofχ~2test,P<0.01,which is statistically significant;the second round of expert letters of Kendall’s W=0.248,the expert scores tend to assessment score comparison:the theoretical test scores of the control group and the experimental group t=-2.070,P=0.040(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;after adopting the mixed teaching mode,the experimental group’s theoretical scores of nursing students are average Higher than the control group;the average test scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than the control group,t=-5.026,P=0.000(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of the satisfaction survey of the control group and the experimental group on the teaching and learning effect of the operating room:First,in terms of the classroom teaching effect,there are 6 categories:classroom atmosphere,teacher interaction,classroom attention,communication with classmates,time rationality,and Participation initiative the evaluation of the classroom effect of the Project test group is better than that of the control group.the average evaluation value of 6 items in the control group was lower than the average evaluation value of the test group,and the two independent samples t test showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Second,in the evaluation of learning promotion ability,the evaluation of learning promotion ability of the experimental group is better than the control group in six items of knowledge understanding,subject connection,pre-class preview,knowledge extension,after-class access to materials and consolidation review.the average evaluation value of 6 items in the control group was lower than the average evaluation value of the t test group,and the two independent samples t test showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.third,in the evaluation of the effect of improving the ability of nursing students,the evaluation of the learning Promotion ability of the experimental group from the assistance ability,active learning,independent thinking ability,problem solving ability,communication ability and innovation ability is better than the control group.the average evaluation value of the 6 items in the control group was lower than the average evaluation value of the test group,and the two independent sample t tests showed P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Fourth,in the evaluation of teacher’s ability effect,the evaluation of the effect of teacher ability in the test group of 4 items in terms of depth of knowledge,focus,guidance and driving students’thinking is better than that of the control group.the evaluation average of 4 items in the control group was lower than the evaluation average of the test group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions 1.In the context of the shortening of internship time caused by COVID-19,the teaching model was used to teach a series of aseptic technology training in the operating room.It can allow students to improve the theoretical and practical results of the operation.2.Through the Blended teaching mode in the operating room aseptic technique series of practical training teaching,it can mobilize the students’independent learning ability and enhance the students’ability to solve problems independently.3.The Blended teaching method makes the teaching and learning effect of the operating room more satisfactory than the traditional teaching mode.As a new direction of the clinical nursing teaching reform,the Blended teaching method improves the comprehensive ability of students,and the teaching results are obvious.Clinical nursing teaching provides a model for reference,which has good Practice and Promotion value.
