Objective:Taking the current situation and influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship in Pediatric patients treated by Mongolian medicine as the main research object,based on the collection of literature,through questionnaire survey analyzed the existing problems in doctor-patient relationship in Pediatric patients treated by Mongolian medicine.To explored effective countermeasures and how to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods:1.Questionnaire survey method(The 600 people were divided into doctors and patients group,with 300 people in each group).Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University and Zhalut Banner Mongolian Hospital were selected as the main research objects(Due to the epidemic,other designed areas were not able to do field research)include doctors,nurses,interns,graduate students,regular trainees and advanced students were randomly selected as medical doctors.Child patient,parents and social masses(in a measure)as a patient,conduct questionnaire adjustment.2.Statistical analysis:Epidata3.1 database was established,SPS22.0 software was used for statistics,and the results were analyzed by Pearson Chi-square test.Results: 1.Existing problems:(1)For doctors side:1)Poor service attitude towards patients,inadequate communication,inconsiderate consideration of problems,lack of patience,lack of understanding and understanding of patients’ physical and mental pain and life difficulties and helplessness,lack of care and comfort and can not get the trust of patients.Some doctors lack solid professional theoretical knowledge and skills,lack of clinical experience,over-reliance on equipment and sometimes difficult to persuade patients,even patients do not cooperate with diagnosis and treatment,affecting the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.(2)For the patient side : The most important problem is communication with doctor.Because lots of the children too young to directly explain their illness to the doctor.This kind of situation need parents must communicate with doctors.And now most of the children are the only treasure in the home.Their parents not only parents,but also grandpa,grandma,and other objects are anxious for the child’s condition.Sometimes they are easy to lose temper or anxiety.The patient side have a huge expectations to the doctor’s.If not expected to complete the curative activity easy to cause dissatisfaction,it will indirectly cause a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.2.Influencing factors :(1)Doctor-patient communication is not enough.(2)Pediatricians are in short supply and under pressure.(3)Medical staff are sometimes not proficient in theory and technology.(4)Sometimes the attitude of medical staff is poor.(5)Patients are sometimes uncooperative,biased and lack trust in doctors.(6)There is a gap in the educational level and personal quality between doctors and patients.3.Effective countermeasures:(1)To enhance the professional knowledge and medical ethics of paediatrician.(2)Improve the service attitude of medical staff.(3)Comprehensive communication between doctors and patients.(4)Strengthen hospital management,both doctors and patients follow the hospital management system.Conclusion: Through this study,there is sometimes a lack of trust and effective communication between doctors and patients.This is mainly due to the patients are mostly young children,can not directly explain their condition to the doctor,coupled with the lack of solid professional theoretical knowledge and insufficient medical ethics and other problems.Therefore,explore the corresponding countermeasures to prevent the frequent occurrence of doctor-patient contradictions,so as to provide appropriate suggestions and methods for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
