Objective:To observe the efficacy of rehabilitation therapy based on mirror neurons theory on the speech and cognitive abilities of post-stroke dysarthria, and try to explore its treatment mechanism,to provide reference clinical treatment methods for improving post-stroke dysarthria. Methods: 50 patients with post-stroke dysarthria who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional articulation training, each treatment time was30 min, once a day,5 times a week;the treatment group was combined with MNST on the basis of the control group, and the treatment time of mirror neuron rehabilitation therapy was For 25 min, once a day,5 times a week.Treatment in both groups lasted 4 weeks.Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA)and Frenchay Dysarthria Evaluation Table(FDET)were used to evaluate the patients before and after treatment, and the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences in Mo CA scores,FDET total scores and functional scores between the two groups. After treatment,Mo CA scores,FDET total scores and functional scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The scores of reflex function, jaw movement, soft palate movement, laryngeal movement, tongue movement and speech function in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05);the breathing and lip movement scores in the treatment group were lower compared with the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Both conventional articulation training and MNST can improve speech and cognitive function in stroke patients with dysarthria.2.Compared with conventional articulation training,MNST combined with conventional articulation training is more effective in improving patients’ cognitive function, reflex function, jaw movement, soft palate movement, laryngeal movement, tongue movement and speech function.3.MNST and conventional articulation training are both safe and effective, and the combination of the two is more effective, which is worthy of in-depth exploration and widespread promotion.
