Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Collateral Pricking And Cupping In The Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain In SPID

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID),to explore the effective method for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by SPID,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: In this clinical study,66 patients with SPID chronic pelvic pain who met the standard were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(acupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping group)and the control group(Western medicine group),with 33 cases in each group.In the process of treatment,2 patients fell off in each group,so only 62 patients were counted.In the treatment group,acupuncture combined with collateral puncture and cupping were used.Acupuncture points were selected: Guanyuan(RN4),Zhongji((RN3),Zigong(EX-CA1),Xuehai(SP10),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Zusanli(ST36).After positioning,insert the needle successively,keep the needle for 30 minutes,and conduct the needle every 10 minutes;Treatment once a day,6 days as a course of treatment,rest for 1 day between courses of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.Acupoints for pricking and cupping: Ciliao(BL32),Shiqizhui(EX-B7),cupping after prickling and bleeding after disinfection of the acupoints,leaving the pot for 8minutes,wiping away the blood stasis after removing the pot,and disinfecting the local area with iodophor.3 times a week,3 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.The control group was treated with oral western medicine,cefaclor sustained-release tablets: 0.375 g each time,2 times a day;ornidazole dispersible tablets: 0.5 g each time,2times a day.Continue to serve 7 days,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.The two groups of patients were evaluated for pelvic pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score and local sign score before and after treatment.The collected data were statistically analyzed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods on chronic pelvic pain in SPID.Results: 1.After treatment,the VAS scores of pelvic pain in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving pain.2.The individual scores in the TCM syndrome score table of the two groups were compared.When the two groups were compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving irregular menstruation,irritability and irritability(P>0.05);There was significant difference in lower abdominal and lumbosacral pain,abnormal band,mental fatigue,aggravation of lumbosacral pain,chest and flank breast swelling and pain(P<0.05).3.The individual scores in the local signs score table of the two groups were compared.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of adnexal mass between the two groups(P>0.05);The difference was statistically significant in uterine activity,tenderness of uterine body and accessory area,thickening and tenderness of uterosacral ligament(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome,local signs and comprehensive curative effect of the two groups were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were effective in the treatment of this disease,but the treatment group had better curative effect on this disease.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture combined with pricking collaterals and cupping is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain in SPID,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,especially for alleviating the symptoms of lower abdominal pain.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with collateral puncture and cupping in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain of SPID is better than that of oral conventional western medicine,and has good long-term effect,lower recurrence rate and high safety.It can be popularized and applied in clinic.
