Clinical Research Of Diabetic Macular Edema Treated By Enlightenment And Complement Combined With Conbercept

Objective: Based on "the theory of proper repair after enlightening",observe the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicinals combined with conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME),and provide more methods and ideas for the treatment of DME with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:In a prospective case study,60 cases(60 eyes)meeting the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 30cases(30 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with conbercept(once a month at a fixed time for three months).On the basis of the control group,the treatment group took Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction orally within 1 month after the initial diagnosis,and Qiju Dihuang Decoction orally within 2 and 3 months after the initial diagnosis.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),macular fovea thickness(CMT),TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were observed before treatment and at the 1st,4th,8th and 12 th weeks after treatment.The differences of BCVA,CMT and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,BCVA,CMT and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05);After 1-12 weeks follow-up found that two groups can improve visual acuity and macular edema in patients with DME;At 8 and 12 weeks,the visual acuity was significantly improved in the treatment group;At the 12 th week,the CMT between the two groups was significantly different,and the treatment group was better than the control group;In improving TCM syndromes,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion: Based on "the theory of proper repair after enlightening",the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conbercept in the treatment of DME is better than that of simple conbercept injection.It can improve vision,reduce macular edema and improve systemic symptoms,which is safe and reliable.
