Clinical Observation On Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen Acupuncture Method In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen acupuncture method on Premature Ovarian Insufficiency of kidney deficiency and liver depression type,For its objective data accumulated during treatment.Methods:64 patients with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency（POI）of kidney deficiency and liver depression type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with medicine separated moxibustion on the umbilicus.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Yishen Guchong tiaosheng acupuncture,and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.After 3 months of treatment,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by the changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,serum estradiol（E₂）,sinus follicle count（AFC）,TCM syndrome score and anxiety scale score（SAS）before and after treatment.Results:1.Sex hormone level:after treatment,the levels of serum FSH and LH in the two groups decreased and the level of E₂ increased compared with that before treatment.The decreasing effect of FSH and LH and the increasing level of E₂ in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.Sinus follicle count（AFC）:the number of AFC in the two groups increased after treatment,and the increase level of AFC in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）:the scores of SAS after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decline level in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group（P<0.05）.4 TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decline level of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.5.Curative effect of TCM syndrome:after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 80.64%,lower than 90.32%of the treatment group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.6.SAS curative effect:after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 25.81%,lower than 90.32%of the treatment group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）Clinical efficacy:the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 83.87%and that in the control group was 61.29%,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Yishen Guchong Tiaoshen acupuncture can significantly improve the serum sex hormone level and increase the number of sinus follicles in patients with early-onset ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency and liver depression.It can not only alleviate the symptoms of low estrogen,but also improve the negative emotions such as anxiety.This therapy has a high clinical efficiency and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
