Clinical Observation Of Du-moxibustion On The Improvement Of Depression And Anxiety Status In Perimenopausal Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Typeby

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of female patients,so as to provide TCM treatment for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: will meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 62 patients,according to Doll,s clinical cases random table randomly divided into group of moxibustion 31 cases,group of dai new 31 cases,a total of treatment for 12 weeks,observe the two groups of women depression anxiety number,depression self-evaluation scale SDS score,anxiety scale SAS score and the change of TCM syndrome score,evaluation of clinical efficacy of perimenopausal women depression anxiety state.Results: After 12 weeks of treatment,(1)the modified Kupperman score,SDS,SAS and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.01).(2)In comparison between groups,there were very significant differences in modified kupperman after treatment(P<0.01)and SDS,SAS and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of efficacy,The total response rate of the modified kupperman score in the Christian moxibustion group and Deli new groups was 93.548% and67.742%,respectively,Very significant differences exist(P<0.01);The total response rate in the SDS score was 93.548% and 90.322%,respectively,Significant differences exist(P<0.05);The total response rate in the SAS score was 90.323% and 83.871%,respectively,Very significant differences exist(P<0.01);The total response rate in the TCM syndrome score was 90.322%and 70.968%,respectively,Significant differences exist(P<0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion can effectively treat the depression and anxiety state of perimenopausal women,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,promote physical and mental health,and is of great significance to improve and treat the depression and anxiety state of perimenopausal women,which is worthy of clinical application.
