Study On The Correlation Between The Constitution Of Astragalus And Diabetic Nephropathy Based On The Theory Of Constitution Identification Of Medicine And Human Theory

Objective: To study the constitution identification of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DKD)based on the medicine-human theory,to preliminarily explore the types and distribution of constitutions of DKD patients,and to analyze the correlation between the constitution of Astragalus and diabetic nephropathy.Methods: In this study,the basic information of 181 DKD patients in our hospital was collected,a data database was established,and the frequency of use and composition ratio were analyzed to describe the distribution of prevalent symptoms,main prescriptions and constitution types of DKD patients.With the help of SPSS 26.0 software,cluster analysis and factor analysis were used to scientifically and systematically explore the relationship between the physical classification and physical identification of DKD patients.Results: The analysis of the physical elements of 181 DKD patients showed that the number of males was higher than that of females,and the male-female ratio was 1.5:1.The age of onset is mainly concentrated in the 60-70 years old.64.6% of diabetic nephropathy patients had 3 or more types of diseases,including 163 cases of ophthalmic diseases,accounting for90.1%;139 cases of circulatory system diseases,accounting for 76.8%;93 cases of nervous system diseases,accounting for 51.4%.Among the main prescriptions,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Astragalus Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Chaihu Jialong Oyster Decoction were most frequently used.The results of cluster analysis showed that DKD patients were mostly with Astragalus constitution,Astragalus and Pinellia constitution,Bupleurum constitution and Guizhi constitution.Factor analysis extracted 11 common factors,and after sorting and merging,the results of constitution identification were the same as those of cluster analysis.Conclusions: 1.The constitution of Astragalus is related to diabetic nephropathy.2.The common constitutions of DKD patients are Astragalus constitution,Astragalus and Pinellia constitution,Bupleurum constitution,Guizhi constitution,mainly Astragalus constitution.3.The main rescriptions commonly used in clinical treatment of DKD are Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Astragalus Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Chaihu Jialonggu Muli Decoction.4.The physique of the medicine body is compatible,and the compatible constitution of DKD patients is the constitution of Astragalus and Pinellia.
