Development And Promotion Of Guidelines For Primary Diagnosis And Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia By Classic Prescriptions

Objective Formulate “The grassroots guidelines for the treatment of infantile anorexia with classical prescriptions”,and investigate and evaluate the application of the guidelines.Methods Through the combination of network retrieval and manual retrieval,comprehensively and systematically retrieve the literature related to infantile anorexia in multiple databases,score different types of literature with international general quality evaluation tools,select high-quality literature as the basis for the formulation of the guide,sort out the relevant literature and formulate an expert questionnaire.The questionnaire results were statistically analyzed.Through the discussion meeting of the research group,a consensus was reached on the diagnostic criteria,syndrome types,key points of syndrome differentiation and prescriptions of the guide,and the basic diagnosis and treatment guide for the treatment of infantile anorexia by classical prescriptions was formed.Promote and apply the guide to the grass-roots level,investigate the grass-roots promotion and application of the guide,and complete the quality evaluation of the guide.Results A total of 89 literatures meeting the standards were included in the preliminary literature research,and 12 high-quality literatures were selected.After two rounds of expert questionnaires and research group seminars,the application scope of the guide was defined,the diagnostic criteria were further improved,and “The grassroots guidelines for the treatment of infantile anorexia with classical prescriptions” was formed.After that,the guidelines were verified and fed back by 36 clinicians in 24 units.The evaluation range of the quality level of the guidelines fluctuated between 4.667 and 5.333,and the application score fluctuated between 4.250 and 5.528.The most important thing to be improved is to improve the applicability of the guidelines,and the most important achievement to be absorbed is the national diagnosis and treatment scheme of famous traditional Chinese medicine,The main suggestion for the guideline is to provide the formulation method of the guideline and increase doctors’ trust in the guideline.Conclusion “The grassroots guidelines for the treatment of infantile anorexia with classical prescriptions”formulated by this subject has more complete syndrome types,more accurate prescriptions and drugs,and is more convenient for clinicians to quickly learn and apply.The quality of the guide is high,but there are also some deficiencies,which still need to be further improved.
