Objective: To apply data statistics and excavation technology,analysis and excavation Zhang Zhenyu professor of abdominal pain doctor database,summarizing and inheriting Zhang Zhenyu taught the treatment and academic thinking of abdominal pain.Method:According to the case selection criteria,60 clinical cases were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Buzhong Qutan Decoction orally,and the control group was given fluconazole and rabeprazole orally for 2 weeks.Collect the symptoms,signs,gastric mirror image,tongue,pathological effect and other relevant data of the selected cases before treatment and after the end of the whole treatment cycle,and make statistical analysis of the relevant data.At the same time,evaluate the drug safety,and finally make the efficacy and safety evaluation.Results:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and main symptom score(P < 0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in terms of gastroscopic image and pathological effect(P < 0.05).2.In terms of TCM symptom score and total score of TCM syndromes,there was significant statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).In terms of TCM syndromes such as poststernal discomfort and poor swallowing,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.3.In gastroscopy and pathological curative effect,the scores of the two groups were significantly different,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.4.During and after treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the experimental group and 4 cases in the control group.Conclusion:Clinically,Buzhong Qutan decoction is effective in the treatment of mycotic esophagitis with moderate deficiency and phlegm resistance.It can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and esophageal image,which are better than the control group,and the drug is safe and reliable,which is worth popularizing.
