Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Ren-Moxibustion And Acupuncture On Thyriod Nodules Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Obstruction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ren-moxibustion and Acupuncture in the treatment of thyroid nodules with liver depression and phlegm obstruction,enrich the treatment ideas and methods of thyroid nodules,and expand the scope of diseases treated by Ren-moxibustion and acupuncture.Methods : A total of 66 patients with thyroid nodules of liver depression and phlegm obstruction were collected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,33 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Ren-moxibustion and Acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Xiaojin pills.After 12 weeks of treatment,the maximum transverse diameter of thyroid nodules and the observation scale of TCM syndrome scale were used as observation indexes.Results:(1)Both the experimental group and the control group had obvious effect in improving TCM clinical symptoms of thyroid nodules patients of liver depression and phlegm obstruction,and reduce the maximum transverse diameter of thyroid nodules(P<0.01);(2)In terms of symptom scores of TCM syndromes,to improve the symptoms of Neck swelling,the efficacy of the experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05),while the efficacy of the two groups was not statistically significant in improving patients’ neck discomfort,irriability,good heave a deep sigh,chest discomfort,swollen breasts(P>0.05).(3)In terms of the maximum transverse diameter of thyroid nodules,the mean maximum diameter of nodules in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment;There was significant difference in the reduction value and proportion of the maximum transverse diameter of nodules between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)In terms of the total effective rate of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of control group,the total effective rate of the two groups were 93.33% and 80.00%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of ultrasound efficacy,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(43.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ren-moxibustion and Acupuncture can not only reduce the maximum transverse diameter of thyroid nodules,but also improve the TCM symptoms of patients with thyroid nodules.The effect is better than oral Xiaojin pills method and is worthy of clinical promotion.
