Effect Of Yunpihuazhuo Prescription On Quality Of Life After Chemotherapy For Advanced Colorectal Cancer With Dampness Resistance Of Spleen Deficiency

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yunpihuazhuo prescription on quality of life after chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Methods: A total of sixty patients with advanced colorectal cancer who were admitted to the Oncology Department of Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to November2021 and met the inclusion criteria of this study were collected.Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,thirty cases in each group,and conventional chemotherapy was applied.The treatment group was combined with Yunpihuazhuo granule,and the control group was combined with placebo granule.The appearance and color of the two granules were consistent.TCM symptoms(fatigue,nausea and vomiting,weak mouth,abnormal stool),colorectal cancer quality of life scale score,Karnofsky,T lymphocyte subsets,bone marrow suppression,fecal flora distribution in two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: 1.TCM symptoms: after treatment,the total score of the treatment group was significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05);2.Quality of life scale of patients with colorectal cancer:after treatment,comparison between groups: the physiological,emotional and functional status of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison: the physiological,emotional,functional and total scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01);In the control group,emotion was improved(P<0.05),but other aspects were not significantly improved,even decreased.Karnofsky:After treatment,Karnofsky of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Immune function:After treatment,comparison between groups:CD4+ in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while CD8 and CD4/CD8 were increased,but there was no statistical significance;Intra-group comparison:CD4+,CD8+,CD4/CD8 were significantly increased in the treatment group(P<0.01);CD4+ and CD8+ decreased significantly in the control group(P<0.01).4.Bone marrow suppression: after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving leukopenia(P<0.05).5.Analysis of fecal flora change:spleen turbid treatment could improve the intestinal flora community richness,increase the beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium community richness,and reduce the opportunistic bacteria Bacteroides richness ratio,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yunpihuazhuo Prescription combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the middle-advanced colorectal cancer with dampness resistance of spleen deficiency of Chinese medicine,life quality of colorectal cancer,peripheral immune function and bone marrow suppression in patients with "spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type" of middle-advanced colorectal cancer,and can increase the proportion of beneficial bacteria in fecal and intestinal flora of patients with middle-advanced colorectal cancer,and reduce the proportion of pathogenic bacteria.
