Study On Syndrome Information And Medication Rule Of Liver Depression And Fire Reverse Syndrome In Hypertension

Objective: Based on the data mining method of decision tree and neural network,to obtain the typical four-diagnosis information of liver depression and fire adverse syndrome of hypertension,and establish the distinguishing model of liver depression and fire adverse syndrome of hypertension.To summarize the law of medication in treating hypertensive liver stagnation and fire reverse syndrome,and provide reference for clinical medication.Methods: The data of medical record database was established.The literature and data of hypertension cases were collected,and the syndrome factor database and prescription database were established respectively.The syndrome information was analyzed by using C5.0,CRT,CHAID,QUEST decision tree algorithm and neural network method in SPSS Modeler software,and the discriminant model of adverse syndrome of hypertension liver stagnation and fire was established.The drug use law was statistically analyzed by frequency statistics,association rules and cluster analysis.Results: A total of 298 medical cases were included.The accuracy of C5.0,CRT,CHAID and QUEST models were 86.3%,80.0%,81.4% and 78.5%,respectively.The accuracy of multi-layer perceptron neural network and radial basis function neural network is 77.8% and 81.2% respectively,and the results are in line with the requirements of statistical discrimination.Analysis results of drug use rule: The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency in descending order were Gastrodia elata,Uncaria,Scutellaria baicalensis,Cassia alba,Bupleurum,Prunella subtilis,Gardenia jasminoides,chrysanthemum and rehmannia glutinosa.Most of the five tastes are bitter,sweet and spicy,and the top six belong to the liver,gallbladder,stomach,heart,spleen and lung.The core combination and new square combination are obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion: 1.The diagnostic model of C5.0 algorithm is better than the other three,and the diagnostic model established by radial basis function neural network is better than the multi-layer perceptron neural network.Combining the two methods of decision tree and neural network,impatience plays a key role in the diagnosis of liver depression and fire reverse syndrome.2.The drug is mainly used to calm the liver and relieve Yang,and also to relieve liver and relieve depression,emphasizing overall conditioning and joint treatment of body and mind.
