Evaluation Of Curative Effect Of Hong’s External Washing Formula Combined With Needle Knife Target In The Treatment Of Old Ankle Sprain

Objective:To explore the efficacy evaluation of Hong’s external washing formula combined with needle knife target in the treatment of old ankle sprain,so as to provide a diagnosis and treatment scheme with rapidity,safety,small side effects and low recurrence rate for patients with old ankle sprain,so as to shorten the course of treatment,improve joint function and activities,reduce patients’ pain and improve their quality of life.Methods:100 outpatients and inpatients with old ankle sprain from March 2021 to December 2021(meeting the clinical diagnostic criteria of old ankle sprain)were randomly divided into two groups.The control group:three needles for ankle;Treatment group:needle knife target method+Hong’s external washing formula.Inform the patients of the relevant operation process and prognostic efficacy,sign the clinical research informed consent and voluntary participation consent for all voluntary patients,record the basic data,VAS,AOFAS scores and curative effect observation before treatment,on the 14th and 28th days,record the above results,and use spss23 0 statistical software for analysis.Results:comparison of basic data of all patients:there was no statistical significance between the two groups in gender,age,injury type and injury mechanism.1.VAS score comparison①Intra group comparison:on the 14th day,the VAS score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score decreased.On the 28th day,the VAS score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score showed a downward trend,especially in the treatment group.② Comparison between groups:before treatment,the VAS score between the two groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant.It was not significant and comparable.On the 14th day,the VAS score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.On the 28th day,the VAS score between the two groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that the pain of the two groups was improved after 28 days of treatment.2.AOFAS score comparison① Intra group comparison:on the 14th day,the AOFAS score in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the AOFAS score in the two groups increased.Among them,the increase of AOFAS score in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.On the 28th day,the AOFAS score in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The AOFAS score in the two groups showed an upward trend.Among them,the AOFAS score in the treatment group increased more than that in the control group.②Comparison between groups:before treatment,the AOFAS score between the two groups was p>0.05,which was not statistically significant,with little significance and comparability;On the 14th day,the AOFAS score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the AOFAS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.On the 28th day,the AOFAS score of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The AOFAS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.Observation and comparison of curative effectAfter 28 days of treatment,20 people in the control group were significantly effective,23 were effective and 6 were ineffective.The total effective rate was about 87.76%.In the treatment group,21 were significantly effective,26 were effective and 2 were ineffective.The total effective rate was about 95.92%.Conclusion:Hong’s external washing formula combined with needle knife target method can effectively treat old ankle sprain.This combined scheme can significantly improve the pain,gait mode,ankle range of motion and action distance of old ankle sprain.It has good clinical curative effect and is worthy of clinical application.
