Analysis Of Professor Shulan’s Medication Rules In The Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia Based On Data Mining

Objective:This topic uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system to analyze the medication characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Shu Lan in the treatment of infantile anorexia,and summarizes the medication experience of Professor Shu Lan in the treatment of infantile anorexia,in order to promote the development of famous doctors’inheritance work and provide experience and basis for the clinical treatment of pediatric anorexia.Methods:Medical records of infantile anorexia diagnosed and treated by Professor Shu Lan in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected and sorted out.Medical records were screened according to diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria.The general information,medical history,diagnosis,prescription and medication of the children were input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance System(V2.5)to establish a database,and the gender and age of the patients were counted.The commonly used drugs,drug categories and sexual taste meridian were obtained through systematic frequency analysis.Common drug pairs and core combinations were obtained by system association rule analysis.A new method is obtained through the entropy clustering analysis of complex system.Results:This study included 226 cases of anorexia children.Tutor used 79 kinds of drugs for the treatment of this disease,and the commonly used drugs are mainly drugs for tonifying deficiency,benefiting water and dampness,clearing heat and regulating qi.Among them,the top 10 drug use frequency were:fried malt,gold in the hen,coix seed,tangerine peel,Tuckapora,Atractylodes atractylodis,amomum,radix schistodicae,semen sativus and semen raphani.The four qi drugs were mainly warm and flat drugs,while the five flavors were mostly sweet,bitter and spicy drugs.The main channels of drugs are spleen,stomach and lung.The commonly used drug combinations were obtained by association rule:Chicken goldfried malt,coix seed-fried malt,tangerine peel-Tuckahoe,chicken gold-coix seed,etc.Core combinations:Chicken gold-fried malt,coix seed-fried malt,tangerine peel-Tuckahoe,chicken gold-coix seed,etc.Six new prescriptions were obtained by further entropy clustering analysis,which were:①Gordon euryale seed-Cicada slough-Puzzle kernel-pomegranate peel-dried ginger.②Poria cocos-Radix P s eu do s tell ariae-Cortex officinalis-Cuttleb one.③Yam-Codonopsis-lotus seed heart-semen raphanin-white lentils.④Stir-fried malt-woody aroma-radish seed-forsythia-hawthorn.⑤Paeonia alba-plum-T angerine peel-Dendrobium dendrobium.⑥Paeoniae paeoniae-Amomum-Radix Dendrobium-Black plumWoody-Dendrobium.Conclusion:Professor Shu Lan treatment of infantile anorexia has a certain rule,carefully keep the pathogenesis,pay attention to the spleen and stomach,pay attention to the spleen and stomach,focusing on the recovery of the spleen transport function.Make good use of aromatic drugs,remove spleen evil to regulate the operation of qi.Professor Shu treatment of anorexia in children with rigorous prescription,dispatch of flexible medication,the core combination and new prescription can be used for clinical reference.
