Objective: To retrospectively study the survival rate, limb function and prosthesis survival of patients with tumors around the knee joint after tumor-type joint prosthesis replacement, and to analyze the efficacy of tumor-type artificial knee joint replacement, complications and patient survival. To provide more valuable foundation for future perioperative and intraoperative decision-making.Methods: We followed up all patients who underwent tumor knee replacement surgery, formulated inclusion and exclusion criteria, strictly selected the research subjects, collected the preoperative medical records, preoperative and postoperative imaging data, postoperative pathological results, intraoperative Data, perioperative complications were recorded. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to evaluate the postoperative survival rate and prosthesis survival rate, and the correlation statistical method was used to evaluate the correlation between the severity of intra-articular instability and the above imaging parameters.Five scoring systems were used, namely Cincinnati Knee Scoring System,Tegner Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale,Subjective Knee Evaluation Scale,Anterior Knee Pain Scale, and knee range of motion, namely C-T-S-A-R score,as well as prosthesis survival rate, surgery mechanics of hind legs. Results: 35 patients who met the criteria were screened. The average postoperative knee ROM was 113.2±15.6°,the average LDFA of the affected limb were 89.1±0.3°,the MPTA was 89.8±0.2°,and the average Insall index was 1.06±0.01.The height of the joint line was 18.8±0.63 mm,and the mean scores of CKRS,TLKS,SKE,and AKPS at the last follow-up were 78.2±8.1、79.2±7.2、78.8±9.5、82.0±9.4,respectively.The 3-year overall survival of patients with osteosarcoma was 75.2%,1 patient had skin flap necrosis, and after percutaneous flap transplantation, the recovery was good,1patient had incision infection,5 patients had distant tumor metastasis,1 case of prosthesis failure and 5 patients died. Conclusion: The overall survival rate of the patients is satisfactory. The postoperative anatomical parameters are slightly changed, but the patient’s function is not seriously affected.C-T-S-A-R score can be used as a supplementary scoring method for prognostic score Tumor knee arthroplasty is still a safe and reliable technique for the treatment of bone tumors.
