| Objctive:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with tendon manipulation in preventing and treating tourniquet reaction after TKA,and provide clinical basis for further promoting postoperative rehabilitation,reducing and preventing postoperative tourniquet reaction,and improving the quality of life of patients in the early postoperative period.Methods:In this study,patients from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for unilateral total knee arthroplasty(TKA)due to knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in the Orthopedics Department of the Second Hospital of Fuzhou City.60 patients(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment after operation,while the experimental group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction and tendon manipulation manipulation on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.The VAS scores of the two groups were observed at 1 day,3 days,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation;limb circumference before operation and at 1 day,3 days,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation;The knee joint HSS score was evaluated at 1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after operation;the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated at 1 day and 4 weeks after operation.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the general data,VAS score,limb circumference and knee HSS function score between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.The VAS score of the experimental group decreased significantly at 3 days,1 week,2weeks and 4 weeks after operation compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The limb circumferences were compared between the two groups at 3 days,1 week,and 2 weeks after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The HSS function score of the knee joint was significantly improved in the experimental group than in the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In the 4th week after treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with tendon manipulation to prevent and treat tourniquet reaction(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after TKA has good clinical curative effect and can promote early postoperative functional recovery of patients.It is a safe and effective treatment plan and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
