Objective:To investigate the short-term clinical efficacy of Q version of Ba Duan Jin on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,so as to provide reference and reference for the clinical treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Methods:Sixty patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis who met the inclusion criteria and attended the orthopedic outpatient clinic of Zhangzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinel from January 2021 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, the control group used brace fixation+conventional spinal lumbar and back muscle functional exercise, and the experimental group added Q version of Ba Duan Jin on top of the control group.Cobb angle, lumbar spine dysfunction score, dyspnea score and clinical efficacy and rehabilitation compliance score after 4 months of treatment were calculated before and after treatment for the two groups of children,The data of each study were statistically processed and analyzed in order to elaborate the short-term efficacy and significance of Q version of Ba Duan Jin in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the general information,Cobb’s angle, lumbar dysfunction score, and m MRC dyspnea score between the two groups of children before treatment(P>0.05).2.Cobb angle:the difference between the two groups of children after 4 months of treatment and before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the difference between the two groups of Cobb angle rows after 4 months of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),which proved that both treatment regimens could reduce Cobb angle, and the test group was more favorable to reduce Cobb angle.3.Lumbar spine dysfunction score:intra-group comparison was performed at each time point before and after treatment in both groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups after 2 months of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference between the two groups after 4 months of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment regimens could reduce the lumbar spine dysfunction score, and the test group was more favorable to reduce the lumbar spine dysfunction score after 4 months of treatment. The test group was more favorable to reduce the lumbar spine dysfunction score after 4 months of treatment.4.m MRC dyspnea score:There was no statistically significant difference between the control group before and after treatment at each time point(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between the test group after 4 months of treatment and before treatment(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after4 months of treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the test group was conducive to improving pulmonary ventilation function.5.Rehabilitation compliance score: the difference between the two groups after 4 months of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the test group had better rehabilitation compliance than the control group.6.Clinical efficacy:Among the 29 cases in the experimental group,1 case was cured,11 cases improved,17 cases stabilized,0 cases progressed and 0 cases failed;among the 28 cases in the control group,0 cases were cured,3 cases improved,19 cases stabilized,6 cases progressed and 0 cases failed. The efficiency of the test group was 100%,and the efficiency of the control group was 78.57%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent rate of the test group was 41.38%,and the excellent rate of the control group was 10.71%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that the clinical efficacy of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Simply by brace fixation+conventional spinal function exercise or adding Q version of Ba Duan Jin on top of this can reduce Cobb angle and improve lumbar spine dysfunction in a short period of time.2.Q version of Ba Duan Jin can not only reduce Cobb angle and lumbar spine dysfunction score more significantly in the short term, but also improve pulmonary ventilation function.3.Q version of Ba Duan Jin therapy rehabilitation compliance is high, suitable for clinical promotion and application.
