Clinical Observation Of Modified Yijing Decoction Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Pill In Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Type

ObjectiveIn this study,Yijing decoction combined with auricular point pressing pill was used to treat patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.The changes of menstruation,TCM syndrome score and serum sex hormone level before and after treatment were observed to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.MethodsA total of 66 patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yijing decoction combined with auricular point pressing pill,and the control group was treated with sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone（estradiol combined with didroxyprogesterone）.The course of treatment of both groups was 3 months.The changes of TCM syndrome score and serum sex hormone levels（FSH,LH,E₂and FSH/LH）were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.A total of 66 patients were included in this study,and 63 patients completed clinical observation,and 1 case fell off in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.The total abscission rate was 4.55%.2.Comparison of general data:There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,number of births,number of abortions,TCM syndrome score and hormone level before treatment（P>0.05）.3.Comparison of sex hormone levels:The observation group could significantly improve the levels of FSH,LH,FSH/LH and E₂（P<0.01）.The control group had a significant effect on reducing FSH,LH and increasing E₂level（P<0.01）,but had no significant effect on improving FSH/LH value（P>0.05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group had more advantages in reducing FSH（P<0.05）,while the two groups had the same curative effect in improving the levels of LH,FSH/LH and E₂（P>0.05）.4.TCM syndrome score:After treatment,the scores of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,low sexual desire,irritability,chest tightness and total points in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.01）.The curative effect of the observation group in increasing menstrual volume and improving menstrual period was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The effect of improving menstrual cycle in the control group was better than that in the observation group（P<0.05）.The two groups were equally effective in improving low sexual desire,irritability and poor chest tightness（P>0.05）.The observation group could also improve the patients’low back and knee pain,breast swelling pain,dizziness and tinnitus（P<0.05）,but there was no significant difference in these symptoms after treatment in the control group（P>0.05）,and there was significant statistically difference between the two groups（P<0.01）.5.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect:After treatment,the total efficiency was87.5.%in the observation group and 80.65%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）,indicating that the total curative effect of Yijing decoction combined with auricular point pressing pill has no lower effective than western medicine sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy.6.Safety analysis:There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment,and there were no significant abnormalities in relevant safety examination indexes after treatment.Conclusion1.Yijing decoction plus auricular point pressing pill is effective in the treatment of patients with Diminished Ovarian Reserve of kidney deficiency and liver depression type.It has more advantages than sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy in reducing the score of TCM syndrome.It can better improve waist and knee pain,dizziness and tinnitus,breast swelling and pain,improve menstrual period and increase the amount of menstruation.It can also increase the level of E₂and reduce the levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH.2.No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment of Yijing decoction combined with auricular point pressing pill,which demonstrated its safety.
