Clinical Study On The Treating PVC Of Liver Depression And Blood Deficiency Type With Xiaoyao Powder And Suanzaoren Decoction

Objective:This study aims to observe Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment for patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type the total effective rate,the average number of premature beats,the influence of TCM Syndrome,evaluate and analyze the clinical efficacy.Methods:Sixty patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type were selected from Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were assigned to the control group(30cases)and the treatment group(30cases)by random.Both groups were on a lifestyle improvement basis,and the control group was treated with pure Western medicine,the treatment group was additionally taken with Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction(Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction: Bupleurum 15 g,Radix Paeoniae Alba 12 g,Chinses angelica 12 g,Poria cocos 12 g,Atractylodes macrocephala 12 g,Mint 6g,Licorice 6g,Braised ginger 3g,Wild jujube kernel 15 g,Anemarrhena 10 g,Chuanxiong 10g).Continue treatment for 4 weeks.The total effective rate,the average number of premature beats,and the changes of relevant TCM Syndrome,such as palpitation 、 chest tightness and other indicators were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The statistical software SPSS Statistic 26.O was used to analyze the obtained data,and determine whether there is a significant statistical difference.Results:1 Total effective rate: After treatment,the total effective rate of PVC in the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group(85%)was better than that of the control group(68.8%).2 The average number of premature beats: There was no statistically significant difference in the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);after treatment,there was a very significant difference in the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01);the two groups were compared after treatment,the average number of premature beats in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05),the average number of premature beats in the treatment group was 201.21 ± 110.23,and the average number of premature beats in the control group was 360.98±140.77.3 TCM Syndrome: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).According to the evaluation criteria of TCM syndrome integral efficacy,the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4 Safety indicators: During the treatment,all safety indicators were normal,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment is better than the simple western medicine treatment for patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type on the total effective rate,the average number of premature beats,and the improvement of TCM Syndrome.1 Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment can improve the total effective rate for the patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type compared with simple western medicine.2 Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the average number of premature beats for the patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type compared with simple western medicine.3 Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the scores of TCM single symptom and the total scores of TCM symptom for the patients with PVC of liver depression and blood deficiency type compared with simple western medicine,and can improve the TCM syndrome in the treatment group,and significantly improve the effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment.4 There is no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment process of Xiaoyao Powder and Suanzaoren Decoction with conventional western medicine treatment,and the routine physiological indexes were normal and the safety was good.
