Study On Influencing Factors Of ICU Nurses’ Core Ability Of Disaster Rescue In Southern Jiangxi Based On Competency

Objective:To analyze the current situation of core competence of ICU nurses in disaster rescue in 43 hospitals in southern Jiangxi.In addition,to explore the main factors affecting the disaster rescue core competence of ICU nurses in 43 hospitals in southern Jiangxi and analyze the relationship between ICU nurses’ disaster rescue core competence and self-efficacy,so as to provide reference basis for the formulation of disaster rescue core competence guidelines and related education and training.Methods:From February 2021 to June 2021,ICU nurses from 43 hospitals in southern Jiangxi were selected by cluster sampling and investigated by general demographic data scale,disaster rescue core competence scale and general self-efficacy scale.Results:1.The score of core competence of ICU nurses in southern Jiangxi was(66.96±11.46),and the average score of items was(2.68 ±0.71),which was in the middle level.The scores of the three dimensions from high to low are disaster response stage(2.76 ±0.66),disaster preparation stage(2.69 ±0.67)and disaster recovery stage(2.58 ±0.79).2.Univariate analysis results: There were statistically significant differences in gender,age,professional title,education,working years,political status,marital status,employment method,whether there was disaster relief experience and related disaster relief knowledge training(P<0.05).3.The total score of disaster rescue core competence of ICU nurses in southern Jiangxi was positively correlated with the total score of self-efficacies(r = 0.626,P<0.01).The scores of all dimensions of disaster rescue core competence(disaster preparation stage,disaster response stage,disaster recovery stage)were positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.619,r=0.551,r=0.543,P < 0.01).4.Multiple linear regression analysis: the factors affecting the core competence of ICU nurses in southern Jiangxi included gender(B=10.772,P=0.000),whether they had received disaster courses(B=6.425,P=0.000),whether they had experienced disaster care(B=2.904,P=0.042)and self-efficacy(B=1.732,P=0.000).Conclusion:This study found that the core competence of ICU nurses in southern Jiangxi is in the middle level,and self-efficacy is an important factor affecting the core competence of disaster rescue.In particular,the core competence of female low seniority,non-party members and non-staff nurses in disaster rescue needs to be strengthened.When managers organize ICU nurses to participate in disaster rescue training,they should mobilize ICU nurses’ self-efficacy,strengthen the construction of party members,use 5G technology and situational exercises to train ICU nurses with low core competence in disaster rescue,and pay attention to post-disaster summary.Only in this way can we provide the main personnel guarantee for the construction of a high-quality disaster rescue team in southern Jiangxi and reduce the harm caused by disasters to the lives and property of people in southern Jiangxi.In addition,it also provides reference for other areas of our country to organize disaster rescue training and set up disaster rescue teams.
