| Objective:Compared the advantages and disadvantages of the improved VSD device and the traditional negative pressure drainage device in postoperative drainage of breast cancer, selectd a more suitable drainage device for postoperative breast cancer. Methods:Patients undergoing breast cancer surgery in the Third Department of Mammary Gland of nanchang Third Hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 and Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were collected.According to the type of drainage tube selected by patients, they were divided into experimental group(94 cases)and control group(334cases).Retrospective analysis was performed on the time of chest wall and axillary drainage tube removal, blockage of chest wall and axillary drainage tube within 3days after surgery, fat liquefaction of axillary tube insertion, allergy to drainage tube material, complications(necrosis of skin flap, infection, incision dehiscency, subcutaneous effusion after chest wall and axillary drainage tube removal). As for the differences between the two drainage devices, the differences between the two drainage devices in different surgical methods were further compared.Results:1.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time of axillary drainage tube removal, axillary drainage tube blockage within 3 days after surgery, postoperative infection, and subcutaneous effusion after axillary drainage tube removal(P < 0.05);There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time of chest wall drainage tube removal, blockage of chest wall drainage tube, necrosis of skin flap, incision dehysis, subcutaneous effusion after chest wall drainage tube removal, fat liquefaction at the axillary tube outlet, and allergy to drainage tube material(P > 0.05).2.There were statistically significant differences between the two drainage devices in the removal time of axillary drainage tube, the occurrence of axillary drainage tube blockage within 3 days after operation, and the occurrence of subcutaneous effusion after axillary drainage tube removal between total mastectomy+SLNB and modified radical mastectomy(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the time of axillary drainage tube removal, the occurrence of axillary drainage tube blockage within 3 days after operation, and subcutaneous effusion after axillary drainage tube removal between breast-conserving +SLNB and breastconserving +SLNB+ALND(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative infection among different surgical methods(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional negative pressure drainage ball device, the improved VSD device can significantly reduce the postoperative infection rate of breast cancer, regardless of the surgical method. The application of modified VSD device in total mastectomy +SLNB and modified radical mastectomy can shorten the removal time of axillary drainage tube, reduce the incidence of subcutaneous fluid accumulation after axillary drainage tube removal, and reduce the axillary drainage tube blockage within 3 days after surgery. There was no significant difference between the two drainage devices in breast conserving +SLNB and breast conserving+SLNB+AL ND.Compared with traditional negative pressure drainage ball, the modified VSD device is more suitable for postoperative drainage in total mastectomy+SLNB and modified radical mastectomy. |
