and the control group according to the floor, and the patients were divided into groups according to the floor they belonged to.The control group received routine nursing measures of breast surgery in the hospital, while the experimental group received routine nursing care, and added binary intervention based on the relational coping process model. The members of the research group evaluated the two groups of subjects on the first day of admission and the fourth week after the operation(before the first admission to chemotherapy)through the Benefit Discovery Scale and the Family Resistance Scale, and compared whether the scores of the two groups of subjects existed or not.To evaluate the effect of binary intervention in breast cancer patients.Results:(1)The results of the survey and study showed that the average score of benefit discovery in breast cancer patients was 60.30±6.23,and the average scores of each dimension of benefit discovery in breast cancer patients were 8.13±2.72 for acceptance,6.16±1.88 for family relationship, and 9.69±2.73 for worldview.points, personal growth 18.78±3.07 points, social relations 8.70±2.74 points, health behavior8.85±1.86.(2)There were significant differences in the benefits of breast cancer patients in terms of age, education level, work status, primary caregiver, tumor stage, and perceived disease severity(p<0.05).(3)The results of binary intervention based on the relational coping process model showed that before the intervention, the scores of benefit discovery in the experimental group and the control group were 52.74±4.58 and 53.68±6.86respectively;the scores of family resilience were 95.80±6.92,95.60±5.97 points, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After the intervention, the benefit discovery scores of the experimental group and the control group were 54.26±5.23 points,54.10±6.15 points, respectively;the family resilience scores were 97.77±5.57 points,96.30±5.28 points, respectively, with no significant difference(p>0.05).The results of intra-group comparison between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention showed that the level of benefit discovery and the score of family resilience in the experimental group after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention(p < 0.05).The level of benefit discovery and the score of family resilience after the intervention in the control group were higher than those before the intervention, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The benefits of breast cancer patients were found to be at a moderately low level, with the highest scores in the dimension of family relations, and poor in the dimensions of worldview and personal growth. It shows that there is room for improvement in the level of benefit discovery of breast cancer patients in my country, and medical staff should take intervention measures as soon as possible to actively explore the positive psychological adjustment ability of breast cancer patients.(2)The benefits of breast cancer patients were found to be influenced by age, education level, work status, primary caregiver, tumor stage, and perceived disease severity(p<0.05).(3)The binary intervention guided by the relational coping process model has a significant effect in improving the level of benefit discovery and family resilience of breast cancer patients. This intervention plan can be referred to in clinical nursing work to adjust the patient’s own psychological pressure and relieve negative emotions.Perceived benefits of illness to facilitate family adaptation.
