Study On The Relationship Between Teamwork And The Ability Of The Clinical Key Specialty And The Moderating Effect Of Team Reflexivity

Objective:Understand the current situation of teamwork and team reflexivity in key clinical specialties,study the relationship between teamwork and the ability of the key clinical specialties,and explore the regulatory role of team reflexivity between teamwork and the ability of key clinical specialties,so as to provide guidance for improving the ability of key clinical specialties.Methods:(1)Literature research methodUsing the method of literature research,this paper combs the research status of teamwork,team reflexivity and ability of the clinical key specialty,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the proposal of research problems.(2)Interview methodIn this study,in-depth interview and semi-structured interview were used to interview with the heads of 6 key clinical specialties.Through the interview,we can understand the current situation of teamwork and team reflexivity in key clinical specialties.(3)Questionnaire survey methodAccording to the research content,the questionnaire is designed with the scale recognized by domestic and foreign scholars,and the inappropriate part of the questionnaire is adjusted through pre survey to form the final questionnaire.In this study,the provincial and municipal clinical key specialty teams were taken as the research object,and the stratified cluster random sampling method was used for sampling survey.According to the requirements of the sampling method,a total of 31 clinical key specialty teams in a province were selected,including 11 provincial clinical key specialty teams and20 Municipal clinical key specialty teams.The team members who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria filled in the questionnaire,and finally collected 2090 valid questionnaires,The effective rate was 86.61%.(4)Statistical analysisUse SPSS23.0 software for data analysis.Pearson correlation analysis studies the relationship between teamwork,team reflexivity and ability of the clinical key specialty.Linear regression method is used to study the causal relationship between specialty teamwork,team reflexivity and ability of the clinical key specialty.Finally,hierarchical regression method and simple slope analysis are used to study the regulatory role of team reflexivity between teamwork and ability of the clinical key specialty.Results:(1)The teamwork and team reflexivity of key clinical specialties are relatively good.It is reflected in the following aspects: the formal and informal communication channels within the team are smooth,and the communication among members is smooth.In the construction of key clinical specialties,team members pay more attention to their work,and each member can make his own contribution to the team.In work,the specialist team usually discusses and solves problems through formal meetings such as morning meeting and quality control meeting,and can basically check and put problems on a regular basis.However,there are some problems in the team.As the specialty becomes a key clinical construction specialty,the specialty undertakes more tasks and needs to reasonably arrange various work.However,in the process of construction,the tasks of key clinical specialties are not clear and specific,and the tasks undertaken by some members are not clear enough,which leads to the reduction of team work efficiency;The team members still have the phenomenon of insufficient work effort,which is reflected in the insufficient effort in innovation,and the team members are not enthusiastic about the development of new technologies and scientific research and innovation;The team reflexivity mode of the specialty is relatively single,mainly through formal meetings to reflect and summarize the problems existing in the work.(2)The basic information of the subjects is as follows: 11 provincial-level clinical key specialist teams and 20 municipal level clinical key specialist teams;There are 16 teams with less than 100 people,11 teams with 100-200 people and 4 teams with more than 200people;There are 9 projects with construction investment less than 5million yuan,9projects with construction investment between 5million yuan and 10 million yuan,and 13 projects with construction investment more than 10 million yuan.(3)Through descriptive analysis,the mean value of team size is(201.580±381.465),the mean value of construction funds is(1985.352 ± 3470.954),the mean value of teamwork is(80.523±5.303),the mean value of team reflexivity is(50.582±2.838),and the mean value of ability of the clinical key specialty is(45.518±35.527).(4)Pearson correlation test showed that there was a positive correlation between teamwork and ability of the clinical key specialty(r=0.723,p<0.01);team reflexivity was positively correlated with the ability of clinical key specialties(r=0.713,p<0.01);team reflexivity was positively correlated with teamwork(r=0.699,p<0.01).(5)Through linear regression analysis,teamwork has a significant positive impact on the ability the of clinical key specialties(β= 26.305,p<0.001);Team reflexivity has a significant positive impact on the ability of the key clinical specialties(β= 25.832,p<0.001);Team reflexivity has a significant positive impact on teamwork(β= 1.332,p<0.001)。(6)Through the hierarchical regression analysis,the regression coefficient of the interaction term is significant(β= 10.595,p<0.01).Through the interaction effect analysis of regulatory variables,it is concluded that compared with the low team reflexivity group,the teamwork has a higher impact on the ability of clinical key specialties in the high team reflexivity group.In conclusion,it can be concluded that team reflexivity plays a regulatory role between teamwork and key clinical specialties.Conclusions:(1)The teamwork and team reflexivity of key clinical specialties are generally good,but there are some problems in the team,such as the low degree of coordination when completing various work,the insufficient efforts of team members in scientific research and innovation,and the single way of team reflection,which will affect the construction of key clinical specialties.(2)In the clinical key specialty team,teamwork has a significant positive impact on the clinical key specialty ability.Therefore,good teamwork can promote the improvement of clinical key specialty ability.(3)Among the clinical key specialty teams,the specialty team with higher degree of team reflexivity has a greater positive impact on the ability of clinical key specialty.Therefore,improving the team reflexivity ability of clinical key specialty can optimize teamwork and help improve the ability of the clinical key specialty.
