Research On The Medication Law Of Professor Liu Songjiang In The Treatment Of Postoperative Patients With Thyroid Cancer Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Based on the years of clinical experience of Professor Liu Songjiang,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Heilongjiang Province,this study analyzed the medication of some patients with thyroid cancer after surgery who were treated in Professor Liu’s clinic,and summarized the medication rules and prescription characteristics to explore the mechanism of the core prescription in the treatment of thyroid cancer,in order to provide data reference and research ideas for the treatment of thyroid cancer after surgery.Methods:The effective cases of thyroid cancer after surgery were collected from October 2012 to October 2020 at Professor Liu Songjiang’s outpatient clinic.With the aid of Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculate system(3.0),SPSS(V28)、 SPSS Modeler(V18.3)and other software for patient information,drug analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and obtain core prescriptions.Use TCMSP,Gene Cards,STRING,DAVID and other databases to screen core prescriptions and thyroid cancer-related targets and pathways.Results:1.A total of 121 cases were included in this study,including 105 females and 16 males;in the age distribution statistics,the middle-aged group accounted for the highest proportion,accounting for 66.12%;in the disease course distribution statistics,the proportion of patients who visited a doctor within 1 year after surgery accounted for the most,53.72%;age and syndrome were statistically correlated(P<0.01);the patients with differentiated thyroid cancer accounted for the largest proportion,98.35%;stagnation of Qi due to depression of the live was the most common syndrome,accounting for33.06%;the frequency of fatigue symptoms was the highest,with a frequency of 43 times.2.The most frequently used drugs in Professor Liu Songjiang’s treatment were tonic drugs,accounting for 26.25%;in the statistics of meridians,the drugs belonging to the liver meridian were used the most frequently,23.67%;in the statistics of medicinal properties,warm drugs were used the most frequently,41.72%;53 groups of drug association rules were obtained by software analysis;4 groups of prescriptions with close compatibility relationship were obtained by cluster analysis;the final core prescription included 5 herbs,which is mainly for relieving the depressed liver,and strengthening the spleen and qi.3.In the core prescription,kaempferol,stigmasterol,quercetin and other components may related to the treatment of thyroid cancer;TNF,IL-6,JUN,TP53 and other related genes and Pathways in cancer 、 IL-17 signaling pathway 、 TNF signaling pathway 、 Estrogen signaling pathway,etc.may related to the treatment of thyroid cancer.Conclusion:1.The basic principles of Professor Liu Songjiang in the treatment of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer are to treat the liver and spleen together,to strengthen the body and the foundation,to attack and supplement simultaneously,and to regulate emotions.2.The mechanism of action of the core prescription on thyroid cancer in this study may have the characteristics of multiple pathways,multiple targets and multiple components.
