Study Of Professor Zhou Yabin’s Medication For The Treatment Of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Cold Coagulation Pulse)

Objective:To collect,summarize,and analyze the medical records of Professor Zhou Yabin for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(cold clotted heart pulse type)through the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing V3.0,to summarize his prescription and medication pattern,and to explore the medication characteristics and clinical experience of Professor Zhou Yabin in identifying and treating this disease.Method: The first medical records of 93 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(cold clotting heart pulse type)who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected from May 2019 to December2021 in the outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine by Professor Zhou Yabin.Data entry was performed through the TCMICS V3.0 to analyze symptom frequency,medicinal use frequency,sexual flavor and meridian frequency,drug correlation,and drug clustering.To summarize the medication characteristics of Professor Zhou Yabin in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(cold clotting type)in coronary heart disease.Results: The analysis of the results showed that the main symptoms of 93 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(cold clotting type)were chest pain(89 times),fear of cold(76 times),shortness of breath(66 times),aggravation by cold(63 times),chest tightness(56 times),weakness(53 times),insomina(49 times),palpitation(49 times),pale face(46times),chest pain through the back(38 times);the main tongue signs were white coating(55 times),purple tongue(54 times),thin coating(38 times),and red tongue(38 times);the main pulse signs involved sunken pulse(73times),thin pulse(37 times),tight pulse(33 times),and weak pulse(10 times);134 herbs were involved,mainly 379 times in the category of tonifying deficiency,251 times in the category of warming the lining,229 times in the category of relieving symptoms,216 times in the category of regulating qi,215 times in the category of resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,and 215 times in the category of activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.215 times;the frequency of use of 52 drugs ≥ 10,ranking the top ten drugs are 10 times of Radix et Rhizoma,88 times of Licorice,79 times of Ginger,78 times of Cinnamon,77 times of Semen,73 times of Psidium Guajava,67 times of Allium,62 times of Yanhuosuo,60 times of Poria,57 times of Astragalus;its four gases show 724 times of warming drugs(33.31%),690 times of cold drugs(31.73%),470 times of flat drugs(21.62%),and 4times of warming drugs(21.62%).(21.62%),hot medicine 249 times(11.46%),cool medicine 41 times(1.88%);five flavors show the use of sweet medicine1119 times(33.29%)and pungent medicine 1032 times(30.70%)most often,followed by bitter medicine 891 times(26.51%),sour medicine 184 times(5.48%)and salty 135 times(4.02%)The top 5 meridians were lung meridian1153 times(18.11%),spleen meridian 1133 times(17.79%),heart meridian1052 times(16.52%),liver meridian 792 times(12.44%),and stomach meridian 710 times(11.15%);6 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained by correlation analysis,and 4 groups of core drug combinations were grouped by cluster analysis.Conclusions:1.The common drug properties,tastes,and meridians of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(cold clotting heart pulse type)treated by Prof.Zhou Yabin: warm,cold,and flat;sweet,pungent,and bitter;lung meridian,spleen meridian,heart meridian,and liver meridian.2.The common classes of medicines used by Professor Zhou Yabin for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(cold clotting type)include tonifying the deficiency,warming the lining of the heart,relieving symptoms,regulating qi,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,and activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.3.The common medicines used in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary artery disease(cold clotting type)by Prof.Zhou Yabin are Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhiza Glabra,Radix Ginger,Cinnamon,Radix Panax,Psidium Guajava,Allium,Radix et Rhizoma Yanhuo,Poria,Astragalus.4.The core herbal combinations for stable angina pectoris(cold clotting type)in coronary artery disease treated by Prof.Zhou Yabin are Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati,Poria,Astragali,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Schisandrae;Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Radix Ginger,Psidium Guajava,Cinnamon,Semen;Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati,Radix et Rhizoma Longan,Radix Ginger,Radix Bupleurum,Radix et Rhizoma Chai Hu,Radix Cinnamon;Radix et Rhizoma Yam,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Radix Zedoariae,Poria,Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati.
