Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction On Children’s Allergic Rhinitis (Lung Qi-Deficiency-cold)

Objective:In this research,"warming the lungs and dispelling cold,and protecting the healthy atmosphere" was the treatment idea.The self-made Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction was used to treat children with Allergic Rhinitis(Lung qi-Deficiency-Cold),and its clinical efficacy was observed.Methods:A total of 60 children with Allergic Rhinitis(Lung qiDeficiency-Cold)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases each.The experimental group was given Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction,and the control group was given Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup.The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days.The total effective rate,main symptom curative effect,secondary symptom curative effect,nasal sign curative effect and PRQLQ score were observed in the two groups.SPSS25.00 was used for data analysis.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was better than 7 9.31%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,TCM syndrome total score,main symptom score,secondary symptom score and nasal sign score were significantly improved(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the curative effect of the experimental group on the runny nose,nasal itching,sneezing,nasal blockage,chills,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath and reluctance to speak,cough and itchy eyes were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect of hyposmia,allergic shiner and nasal mucosal swelling(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups before and after treatment,the PRQLQ total score,nasal symptoms,eye symptoms,non-nasal symptoms,behavioural problems and emotional problems were significantly improved(P<0.0 5).After 14 days of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the PRQLQ total score,improving nasal symptoms,eye symptoms,non-nasal symptoms,behavioural problems and emotional problems(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The clinical efficacy of Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction in treating children with Allergic Rhinitis(Lung qi-Deficiency-Cold)was better than oral administration of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup.2.Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction could effectively improve the curative effect of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,nasal sign in children with Allergic Rhinitis(Lung qi-Deficiency-Cold).And the curative effect in improving runny nose,sneezing,nasal itching,nasal blockage,chills,spontaneous perspiration,shortness of breath and reluctance to speak,cough and eye itching was better than those of the control group.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups in improving hyposmia,allergic shiner and nasal mucosal swelling.3.Yiqi Zhiqiu Decoction was more effective than the control group in reducing PRQLQ total score,improving nasal symptoms,eye symptoms,non-nasal symptoms,behavioural problems and emotional problems.
