The Clinical Observation In The Treatment Of Children’s Acute Tonsillitis (Food Accumulation And Heat Type) With Liyan Wendan Decoction

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Liyan Wendan Decoction in the treatment of children’s AT(Food accumulation and heat type),this paper discusses the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children’s acute tonsillitis,and provide information and methods for reference on clinical aspects.Methods:The 72 children with AT who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and in the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Liyan Wendan Decoction,and the control group was given Xiaoer Yanbian Granule(LanZhou HeShengTang)orally.Continue treatment for 1 week,observe the changes in symptoms and signs of the child,and record and statistically related data.Results:1.General situation analysis:There were no significant differences in gender,age between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Overall clinical efficacy analysis:After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.3%,and that of the control group was 72.7%.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of Liyan Wendan Decoction in the treatment of this disease was remarkable,the efficacy was sustained and stable,and it was better than that of the control group of Xiaoer Yanbian Granule(LanZhou HeShengTang),which was worthy of clinical promotion.3.TCM syndrome points:(1)After 3 days of treatment,the individual scores and total scores of the primary and secondary syndromes of the two groups of children were compared within and between groups,and the rank sum test analysis showed that the differences in the total scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the condition,and the experimental group is better than the control group;but the control group only improved one sore throat in the main symptom,and the curative effect is still worse than the experimental group;There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of abdominal distension,fever,constipation,diarrheaand sour odor(P<0.05),but the experimental group was also better than the control group(P<0.05),and the differences in thirst,not thinking about food,foul breath,abdominal distention,fever,constipation,and diarrhea were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the above symptoms could be improved.(2)After 7 days of treatment,the single integral and total integrals of the primary and secondary symptoms of the two groups were compared within and between groups,and after testing and analysis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had improved in terms of single integrals and total integrals of primary and secondary symptoms,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment of AT(food accumulation heat type)in the Liyan Wendan decoction is an effective method for the treatment of this disease with significant improvement,shortened course of the disease,and is significantly better than that of the control group2.Liyan Wendan decoction is obviously superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of AT(food accumulation heat type)in children,such as not thinking about food,foul breath,abdominal distension,constipation or diarrhea and sour odor,and can be promoted.
