Clinical Observation Of Qishaotongbi Capsule Combined With Mckenki Therapy In The Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome (Liver-Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective:1.To compare the therapeutic effects of Qishaotongbi capsule combined with McKenzie therapy and Qishaotongbi capsule alone on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome(liver and kidney deficiency type).2.To explore the mechanism of Qishaotongbi capsule combined with Mackenzie therapy in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome(liver and kidney deficiency type)and its practical value in clinical application hoping to provide some reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods:The subjects selected 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,met the relevant conditions of case collection and voluntarily participated in the trial from the outpatient department of orthopedics and traumatology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into two groups according to the time sequence of their visits(the selection of random numbers was completed by WPS software),There were 30 cases in each group.The treatment effect was compared by VAS score,JOA low back pain score,modified ODI index and JOA improvement rate.The time point was selected before treatment,four weeks after treatment and the first month after treatment(the observer recorded the changes of patients before and after treatment,and finally completed the scale according to clinical symptoms and signs to comprehensively evaluate the treatment effect of patients in different groups).The data recorded in the clinic were entered into spss25.0 statistical software and Graphpad prism 8.0 participates in data statistical analysis and image generation.Results:1.Before the trial,the data of the two groups,age,gender,course of disease,waist VAS,JOA and modified ODI index were compared between the two groups.The data of clinical patients were analyzed by spss25.0 test,P>0.05,can be compared.2.Through the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,the results show that the P values of lumbar VAS score,JO A score and modified ODI index are less than 0.01,and the difference is very significant,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups have obvious curative effect.3.After four weeks,the waist VAS score,JOA score and modified ODI index between the groups were compared,P＜0.05,and the VAS score and modified ODI index in the treatment group decreased significantly and JOA score increased significantly.4.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after the first month of treatment,indicating that the recurrence rate of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome(liver and kidney deficiency type)was lower after the intervention of the treatment group.Conclusion:Qishaotongbi capsule combined with McKenzie therapy has good clinical effect in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome(liver and kidney deficiency type).It is significantly better than Qishaotongbi capsule in improving the third lumbar transverse process,lower waist,leg pain,social and personal life,and has a low recurrence rate,which can be popularized in clinic.
