A Study And A Experience Summary Of Professor Chen Bo In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To explore the medication law of Professor Chen Bo in the treatment of stable angina pectoris through data mining software,and summarize the professor’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:the basic information,four diagnosis information and first diagnosis prescription information of patients with stable angina pectoris treated by Professor Chen Bo in the Department of Cardiology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to September 2020 were collected,the data were standardized and a database was established.According to the frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other functions provided by traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform 3.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0,excavate the law of professor’s medication,and summarize the experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with Professor’s clinical syndrome.Result:1.Basic information:a total of 468 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were included in this study,including 23 8 males and 23 0 females;The average age was(60.65±10.07)years old,including 11 cases less than 40 years old,45 cases 40-49 years old,162 cases 50-59 years old,174 cases 60-69 years old,58 cases 70-79 years old and 18 cases≥80 years old;Season of onset:108 cases in spring,106 cases in summer,126 cases in autumn and 128 cases in winter.Among them,the top five solar terms are light snow,summer heat,white dew,winter solstice and beginning of winter.2.Four diagnostic information:in terms of symptoms,41 kinds of symptoms are involved,and the top five are chest pain,chest tightness,fatigue,insomnia and shortness of breath;In terms of tongue image,a total of 9 tongue qualities are involved,and the top five frequencies are purple dark tongue,light purple tongue,red tongue,dark red tongue and tooth marks on the tongue;A total of 9 kinds of tongue coating are involved,and the top five frequencies are thin and white,white,few,thick and greasy;In terms of pulse,18 kinds of pulse are involved,and the top five frequencies are pulse sinking and astringent,pulse string,weak pulse,fine pulse astringent and pulse string astringent.3.Distribution of syndrome types:183 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,83 cases of heart blood stasis syndrome,76 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,56 cases of Qi and yin deficiency syndrome,41 cases of phlegm stagnation syndrome,18 cases of heart and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,10 cases of heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and 1 case of cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome.4.A total of 163 drugs were involved in this study,with a total frequency of 75 84 times.The top ten were Angelica sinensis,licorice,safflower,red peony,Ligusticum chu an xiong,peach kernel,astragalus,Cyperus,earthworm and Corydalis yanhusuo.163 drugs belong to 17 efficacy categories,and the top five categories in frequency are tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi,clearing heat and calming nerves.The four Qi of the drugs used are mostly warm,flat and cold.The five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians belong to the liver meridians,spleen meridians and heart meridians.5.A total of 154 medication modes of 2-6 drugs were found in this study,including Angelica safflower,angelica chuanxiong,safflower peach kernel,angelica Dilong,angelica Astragalus,etc;There are 214 association rules,the most commonly used ones are safflower,red peony,Ligusticum chuanxiong,peach kernel→Angelica sinensis;Six core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.6.In the correlation analysis between season and high frequency drugs,there were 79 association rules in this study.There were Shi Changpu,uncaria,Platy codon grandiflorum,Rhizoma Gastrodi ae,and Fructus aurantii in spring.The drugs associated with summer included chicken gallnut,jujube,malt,white lentil and Amomum villosum.The drugs associated with autumn were:Wudan,Fu Shen,Rehmannia glutinosa,Allium macrophylla,Radix Glehniae,etc.the drugs associated with winter were leeches,sandalwood,woodlouse worms and Cinnamomum twig.Trichosanthin,etc.7.In the correlation analysis between TCM Syndrome Types and high-frequency drugs,100 association rules were generated between high-frequency drugs and five syndrome types.The drugs associated with Qi deficiency and blood stasis include Cinnamomum,Radix heterophylla,Schi sandra chinensi s,Radix Astragali,Radix Codonop si s,etc.the drugs associated with heart blood stasis syndrome include sandalwood,leech,green skin,woodlouse worm,Platycodon grandiflorum,etc.the drugs associated with qi stagnation and blood stasis are uncaria,Fructus aurantii,Platycodon grandiflorum,Gastrodi a elata,Achy ranthes bidentata,etc.the drugs associated with deficiency of Qi Yin are two kinds of drugs associated with deficiency of Qi Yin,Radix Ophiopogon,Dendrobium,Trichosanthes and jujube.White lentils,Trichosanthes,etc.Conclusion:1.Professor Chen Bo believes that the loss of Qi and blood is an important pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,heart blood stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are common in clinic.2.Professor Chen Bo’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris includes tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and regulating qi.The drugs used more frequently include Angelica sinensis,licorice,safflower,red peony,Ligusticum chuanxiong,peach kernel,astragalus,Cyperus,earthworm,Corydalis yanhusuo,etc;Most of the drugs used are mild,mild and cold,and most of them are sweet,bitter and pungent.The drugs mainly belong to liver,spleen and heart meridians.3.In the treatment of stable angina pectoris,Professor CHEN BO takes supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the basic treatment methods,and adopts the methods of soothing the liver,resolving phlegm and nourishing the heart and kidney for qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity and deficiency of heart and kidney.She emphasizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,three factors and conditions,and pays attention to the influence of double heart medicine and collateral disease theory on the condition of stable angina pectoris.
