Clincal Observation Of Meibai Quban Pills Combined With Facial Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Chloasma

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Meibai Quban pills combined with facial acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma(type of liver stagnation and qi stagnation).Methods:This study selected 108 patients with melasma who met the inclusion criteria from January 2021 to March 2022 in the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into three groups: the combination group,the single-drug group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The combined group was given Meibai Quban pills combined with facial acupuncture;the single drug group was given oral Meibai Quban pills;the control group was given oral Shugan Granules.Oral medicine is taken twice a day,after breakfast and dinner;facial acupuncture is taken once every other day,and the needle is kept for 20 minutes each time.Recorded and scored the size of skin lesions,color depth,TCM syndromes and quality of life before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Observe and record adverse reactions that occur during the experiment.Results:1.A total of 13 patients dropped out during the experiment,and the final number of cases involved in the data analysis was 33 in the combination group,32 in the single-drug group,and 30 in the control group.2.The skin lesion area score,skin lesion color score,total skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI score of the combination group,single drug group and control group before and after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks after treatment were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the combined group was better than that of the single drug group and the control group after 8 weeks of treatment.3.Taking the improvement of the total score of skin lesions after 8 weeks of treatment as the evaluation criterion,the total effective rate was 87.9% in the combination group,78.1% in the single drug group,and 63.3% in the control group.There were statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05),indicating that the combined group had better curative effect than the single-drug group and the control group.Conclusion:1.Meibai Quban Pills combined with facial acupuncture can improve the symptoms and signs of chloasma(the type of liver stagnation and qi stagnation)before and after treatment,and the curative effect is better than that of oral Meibai Quban Pills and Shugan Granules alone.2.Meibai Quban Pills combined with facial acupuncture is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chloasma(the type of liver stagnation and qi stagnation).
