Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Combined With Yupingfeng Granule In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis (Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency) In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of children with Lung and Spleen qi deficiency allergic rhinitis,and to explore the advantages of internal and external combined treatment in the treatment of children allergic rhinitis.Methods:Ninety children with mild to moderate allergic rhinitis who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to January 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the observation subjects,and were randomly assigned to three groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng granule,the control group 1 was treated with acupoint application,and the control group 2was treated with yupingfeng granule orally.The treatment courses of all three groups were three weeks.The changes of primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,signs and quality of life scores were recorded before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy,and the recurrence was followed up two months after the end of treatment.Results:1.In terms of total effective rate:after treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of control group 1was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of control group 2 was 60.00%.The overall efficacy of experimental group was higher than that of control group 1and control group 2,with statistical difference(P<0.05).2 In terms of main symptoms,signs and quality of life score:After treatment,the experimental group was superior to control group 1 and control group 2 in three dimensions of main symptoms,signs and quality of life score,with statistical differences(P<0.05).3.In terms of score of secondary symptoms:after treatment,the total score of secondary symptoms in experimental group and control group 2 was better than control group 1,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.In terms of recurrence rate:3 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of experimental group was 14.28%,the recurrence rate of control group 1 was 18.18%,and the recurrence rate of control group 2 was55.55%.The recurrence rate of experimental group and control group 1 was lower than that of control group 2,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.In terms of safety evaluation,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion:1.Acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng granule has good clin ical therapeutic effect on children with allergic rhinitis and deficiency of lung and spleen.2.Acupoint application combined with Yupingfeng granule can more effe ctively improve the primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,signs and quality of life of children with allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung and spleen,and significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
