| Objective:Through the observation and analysis of the clinical effect of ultrasoundguided acupotomy to release the external foramen of the lumbar intervertebral disc in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided acupotomy to release the external foramen of the intervertebral foramen and conventional acupuncture therapy for the treatme-nt of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were compared.Efficacy, study the best solution for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation at present, and provide an effective basis for future clinical research. Methods:The research samples were collected from September 2020 to December2021 from patients who came to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and 90 cases were screened, and the patient samples were randomized using a digital table.Divided into two groups by grouping method, with 45 patients in each experimental group. The treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided acupotomy to release the external opening of the intervertebral foramen, while the control group was treated with conventional acupotomy. The clinical scores of the patients were compared before treatment,1 week after treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and 12 weeks after treatment. The clinical data such as VAS score,JOA score, and ODI score of the patients were analyzed and recorded, the differences in the data between the two groups were compared, and the clinical effect was comprehensively evaluated.Results:1.VAS Score: After treatment, the VAS Scores of the two groups of patients were decreased, and the pain symptoms of the two groups were improved. The Intra-group comparison P<0.05,and the Inter-group comparison P<0.05,and the effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the Control Group.2.JOA Score: After treatment, the JOA Scores of the two groups were improved, and the pain of the two groups was improved,P<0.05 for the comparison within the group and P<0.05 for the comparison between the groups, and the effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the Control Group.3.ODI Score: After treatment, the ODI Scores of the two groups were decreased, and the quality of life of the two groups was improved,P<0.05 for the Intra-group comparison and P<0.05 for the Inter-group comparison, and the effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the Control Group.2.After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.11% in the Treatment Group and 82.22% in the Control Group, and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the Treatment Group was better than that of the Control Group.Conclusion:1.Ultrasound-guided acupuncture to release the outer opening of the intervertebral foramen has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. It can effectively relieve the mechanical compression of the nerve root by the lumbar vertebrae, improve the lumbar spine function of patients, and adjust the biomechanical balance,so as to achieve the treatment The role of lumbar disc herniation.2.Ultrasound-guided acupotomy to release the outer opening of the intervertebral foramen in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significan-tly better than conventional acupotomy. |
