| In recent years,with the rapid growth of the country’s population aging,the medical industry’s demand for high-value medical consumables has expanded rapidly.At present,high-value medical consumables are widely used in clinical departments,and have become an important part of the hospital’s main expenditure and income.At the beginning of 2020,the novel coronavirus spread rapidly around the world.Affected by the epidemic,the international air cargo volume decreased sharply,and the import volume of foreign high-value medical consumables fell sharply.High-value medical consumables are irreplaceable,and some important operations cannot be carried out smoothly due to insufficient quantity,and the work of the hospital is progressing slowly.At present,interventional diseases account for a large proportion,and most interventional diseases still require the use of high-value medical consumables for treatment.Therefore,in the case of shortage of high-value medical consumables,how to use high-value medical consumables efficiently is of great significance to the development of the medical industry and hospitals.To sum up,under the influence of the epidemic environment,hospitals inevitably need to optimize the management of high-value medical consumables,so as to reduce operating costs and reduce the burden of medical expenses for patients.By studying the proportion of high-value medical consumables consumption in L hospital from2016 to 2021,based on the medical supply chain theory,this paper analyzes and discusses the management status of high-value medical consumables in L hospital.In addition,combined with data analysis,questionnaire statistics and analysis and other means,the proportion of high-value medical consumables in L hospital in the overall operating cost of the hospital and the management process of L hospital’s high-value medical consumables were studied in depth.The study found that the management of high-value medical consumables in L hospital has problems such as chaotic processes,imperfect information functions,and insufficient refined management measures.The fundamental reasons are the formalized operation of the management system,the slow progress of information management,and the cost of high-value medical consumables.The control system is not perfect.Combined with these problems,we conducted research with relevant departments,and put forward an optimization proposal for optimizing the hospital’s high-value medical consumables from the supply stage,inventory management stage and distribution stage of the medical supply chain.The optimization scheme for L hospital’s high-value medical consumables can not only make up for the loopholes in the medical supply chain management,improve the life-cycle management efficiency of L hospital’s high-value medical consumables and its own service level,but also reduce the cost of hospital management by reasonably standardizing the hospital’s management process.The operating cost of the hospital reduces the burden on patients to see a doctor.Putting the protection of people’s life,health and safety in an important strategic position of priority development. |
