Clinical Study Of Umbilical Needle Combined With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Benign Thyroid Nodules

Objective: The main purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of benign thyroid nodule,compare the clinical effect of spinal cord acupuncture therapy and the treatment of benign thyroid nodule,analyze the index factors,observe the curative effect of benign thyroid nodule,and confirm that it has certain clinical efficacy and advantages of benign thyroid nodule.Methods: In this study,60 patients were observed,all from the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Endocrinology and Acupuncture and Moxibustion of the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the umbilical cord needle treatment group and the oral control group of summer hay granules.In each group,there were 28 patients in the two groups.In the treatment group,Umbilical needle combined with acupuncture was used in the treatment group.The patients were treated once every other day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,and 3 courses of continuous treatment.The control group received 1bag of Chinese patent medicine granule(Z20050593 plus Chinese medicine)orally,once each time,twice a day,1 course of treatment,continuous 4 weeks,3 courses of treatment.During treatment,patients should adjust reasonable work and rest time,pay attention to healthy diet,develop a good lifestyle,and avoid excessive intake of high-iodine food during treatment;Patients are asked not to take or use drugs or treatments during treatment that may affect the outcome.Results: By SPSS 21 software test,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,total score of TCM syndromes,TCM main syndromes and nodular size between the two groups,which was comparable.The total response rate of benign thyroid nodules(82.14%)was better than the control group(64.28%),and(P <0.05)was better than the control group;85.77%,64.85% and better than the control group(P<0.05),pharyngeal foreign body sensation and emotional depression(P <0.01).Conclusion:1.The overall efficacy of umbilical cord needle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules is better than that of the control group.2.Combined umbilical cord needle treatment can effectively reduce the maximum diameter of benign thyroid nodules,which is comparable to the control group.3.Combined with umbilical cord needle treatment can significantly reduce the total score of TCM syndromes in patients with benign thyroid nodules.4.Umbilical cord needle combined with needle therapy can significantly improve the patient’s systemic symptoms...
