Clinical Observation Of Lapis Chloriti Suppository In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beats Of Phlegm Fire Disturbing Heart Type

Objective:In this study,lapis chloriti suppository was used to observe the clinical effect of phlegm fire disturbing heart type ventricular premature beats,To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lapis chloriti suppository in the treatment of phlegm fire disturbing heart type ventricular premature beats,and to explore its efficacy and mechanism,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of ventricular premature beats.Methods:From May 2021 to March 2022,80 patients with phlegm fire disturbing ventricular premature beats who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the second Department of Cardiology of Heilongjiang traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given lapis chloriti suppository and the control group was given Xinsuning capsule.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Observe and record the observation indexes of Chinese and Western medicine of patients before and after treatment,conduct comparative analysis,timely deal with the adverse reactions during the test,and make detailed records to verify the efficacy and safety of qingyishi suppository in the treatment of phlegm fire disturbing ventricular premature beats.Results:1.After treatment,the total score and single score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly,suggesting that the two groups are effective in the treatment of phlegm fire disturbing heart type ventricular premature.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.72% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group.There was difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05)in terms of the improvement of the main symptoms of palpitation and secondary symptoms of insomnia,dreaminess,irritability,especially constipation;The improvement of chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue was the same in the two groups(P > 0.05).3.In terms of reducing the number of PVC in ambulatory ECG,both groups had curative effects.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.In improving the lown classification of ventricular premature beats,both groups had curative effects.The total effective rate of the treatment group(92.11%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).5.During the treatment,all safety indexes of the two groups fluctuated within the normal range without adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Lapis chloriti suppository is effective in the treatment of PVC with phlegm fire disturbing heart,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,significantly reduce the number of premature beats,reduce the severity of PVC,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.2.Lapis chloriti suppository enriches the ways of treating PVC and the ways of administration.The ancient method is new and has great development potential.
