Retrospective Analysis Of Xiaoyaosan Decoction In The Treatment Of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infection With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objective: a retrospective analysis at xiaoyaosan Decoction treat Syndrome of Liver depression and spleen deficiency of the recurrent urinary tract infections(RUTI)in patients with clinical efficacy,to explore xiaoyaosan Decoction with antibiotic therapy in patients of Liver depression and spleen deficiency of the RUTI feasibility and to evaluate its applied value,so as to provide new treatment for RUTI,provide the basis for the perfection of RUTI diagnosis and treatment plan.Methods: A total of 94 patients who were admitted to the ward and outpatient department of Renal Ninth Department of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria were screened,and they were divided into antibiotic group,xiaoyaosan Decoction treatment group and antibiotics combined xiaoyaosan Decoction treatment group according to different medication conditions.The age and sex of patients were recorded,and the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,urinary white blood cell count,urinary bacteria number and RUTI recurrence rate were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:(1)TCM symptoms: Compared with antibiotic group,xiaoyaosan Decoction group had statistical difference(P<0.05),In improving TCM symptoms,patients with xiaoyaosan Decoction group is better than that of antibiotics;Compared with xiaoyaosan Decoction group and antibiotic group,antibiotics combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group had statistical differences(P<0.05),indicating that antibiotics combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group was the best plan in improving TCM symptoms.(2)Comprehensive efficacy:xiaoyaosan Decoction group had no statistical difference compared with antibiotic group(P>0.05);Compared with antibiotic group and xiaoyaosan Decoction group,antibiotics combined with xiaoyaosan Decoction group had statistical differences(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of antibiotics combined with xiaoyaosan Decoction group was the best among the three groups.(3)Laboratory indicators: After treatment,urinary white blood cell count and bacterial count were significantly decreased in all groups(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference between xiaoyaosan Decoction group and antibiotic group(P>0.05).Antibiotic combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group was superior to antibiotic group and xiaoyaosan Decoction group(P<0.05),indicating that antibiotic combinedxiaoyaosan Decoction group had the best effect in improving laboratory indicators.(4)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of each group within 6 months after the end of treatment was followed up.The recurrence rate of the antibiotic group was36.67%,the xiaoyaosan Decoction group was 9.38%,and the antibiotic combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group was 6.25 %.There was no statistical difference between antibiotics combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group and xiaoyaosan Decoction group(P>0.017).xiaoyaosan Decoction group and antibiotic combined xiaoyaosan Decoction group were superior to antibiotic group in reducing the recurrence rate(P<0.017).Conclusion:(1)At large xiaoyaosan Decoction with antibiotic therapy to change curative effect is recurrent urinary tract infection and obvious advantages in terms of improving symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.(2)At large xiaoyaosan Decoction may by improving the change the constitution,to restore vital qi,improve immunity,so as to reduce the recurrence rate,reduce the recurrence rate.
