| ObjectiveIn this study,Baduanjin exercise was applied to the patients with maintenance hemodialysis,to explore the application effects of Baduanjin exercise,negative emotion and related biochemistry indices in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.MethodA randomized controlled trial was used in this study.A total of 184 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were admitted in a hemodialysis room of a third-grade hospital in Qingdao from January 2019 to February 2020.Patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group received routine hemodialysis,and intervention group received Baduanjin Exercise intervention for 6 months escept for routine hemodialysis.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to mearsure the sleep quality,anxiety emotion,depression emotion.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis in this study.The date were analyzed by independent sample t-test,chi-square test,rank sum test and repeated-measures ANOVA.Results1.Gender,age,hemodialysis time,the method of payment,education,occupation,disease and exercise were compared between the two groups,the results showed that the general data of the two groups of patients were not statistically different(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in score of each dimension of PSQI and the total score of PSQI between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The total score of PSQI,sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction were statistically difference in two groups after intervention(P <0.05),while the score of hypnotic drug was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the time effect,the score of total PSQI,sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,daytime dysfunction and the hypnotic drug were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the interaction effect between time and group,the total score of PSQI,sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,daytime dysfunction and the hypnotic drug were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in score of SAS and SDS between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The score of SAS and SDS score were statistically different in the two groups after intervention.In time effect,the score of SAS and SDS were affected by time effect(F=113.185,P<0.05)、(F=223.938,P<0.05).There was an interaction between the time effect and the two groups(F=80.985,P < 0.05)、(F=112.371,P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the indexes of C-reactive protein,blood phosphorus and hemoglobin between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The indexes of C-reactive protein and blood phosphorus in two groups were statistically different after intervention(P<0.05),while hemoglobin was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the time effect,the indexes of C-reactive protein and blood phosphorus were statistically significant(P<0.05),while hemoglobin was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the interaction effect between time and group,the indexes of C-reactive protein and blood phosphorus in two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),while hemoglobin was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Baduanjin exercise could improve the sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction,reduce the time of falling asleep and improve the sleep efficiency of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Baduanjin exercise can be used as an effective way to improve the sleep quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.It can provide reference for clinical use of Baduanjin to improve sleep quality of patients.2.Baduanjin exercise has a definite therapeutic effect on negative emotion in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Baduanjin exercise can improve the negative emotion of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,which is beneficial to their mental health.This study provides a new way to ameliorate the negative emotion in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.3.Baduanjin exercise can improve the biochemical indexes of C-reactive protein and blood phosphorus in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,but has no significant effect on hemoglobin.Further study were needed in the future. |
