Objective1.Investigate the psychological flexibility in patients with chronic non-cancerous pain.2.Analysis the influencing factors of psychological flexibility of chronic non-cancerous pain patients based on the relationship framework theory, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical nurses to implement psychological care. Methods This study used a cross-sectional survey,The chronic non-cancerous pain patients who went to the pain outpatient department ofa Grade A hospital in Hohhot f rom December 2021 to February 2022 were investigated for 306 patients.Usingself-made general information questionnaire,Psychological Inflexibility in Pain Scale,Pain Disability Index,Perceived Social Support Scale, and Sel f-Rating Anxiety Scale, univariate analysis was performed using an independent sample t-test and variance analysis,Correlation analysis was performed using the Pearson product-difference correlation analysis,Multivariate analysis using multiplelinear stepwise regression analysis to study the factors influencing the psychological flexibility in patients with chronic non-cancerous pain.Results1.The psychological flexibility score of patients with non-cancerous pain is 54.84±16.38,of which the fusion dimension is 19.67±5.80,the avoidance dimension is 35.17±11.33,and the pain function index score is 33.78±16.48,of which the highest score is 77 and the lowest score is 11.The score of perceived social support was 39.23±16.46,among which the score of friend support dimension was higher(13.74 5.57),the score of family support dimension was the lowest(12.67±5.81)and the score of anxiety was 52.00±12.00.2.The results of univariate analysis showed that the scores of mental flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain had statistically significant differences in age, occupational status, monthly income, medical insurance type, nationality and perceived quality of life(P<0.05,P<0.01).3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the dimensions and total scores of psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain were positively correlated with the total scores of pain function index(P< 0.01),while the total scores of psychological flexibility and dimensions were negatively correlated with the dimensions and total scores of perceived social support(P< 0.01),the total scores of psychological flexibility and avoidance dimension were positively correlated with the total scores of anxiety(P< 0.01,P <0.05),while the integration dimension and total scores of anxiety.4.Stepwise linear regression analysis showed that perceived social support, anxiety and perceived quality of life were the influencing factors of psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancer pain(P< 0.01),and their influencing order was perceived social support, anxiety and perceived quality of life, which accounted for 58.60% of the research variables.Conclusions1.The psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain is at a poor level, the pain function index is at a medium level, and the perceived social support is at a lower-middle level. The patients in this group are generally in a state of mild anxiety.2.The differences of general data variables such as age, occupational status, monthly income, medical insurance type, nationality and perceived quality of life have statistical significance to the scores of patients’ psychological flexibility.3.The dimensions and total scores of psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain are positively correlated with the total scores of pain function index and negatively correlated with the dimensions and total scores of perceived social support, while the total scores of psychological flexibility and avoidance dimension are positively correlated with the total scores of anxiety, while the integration dimension is not correlated with the total scores of anxiety.4.Perceived social support, anxiety and perceived quality of life are the main influencing factors of psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain.In the future clinical nursing and research work,we should pay attention to the construction of psychological flexibility of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain, pay attention to patients’ conscious quality of life, actively channel and control anxiety, coordinate and mobilize family and social support relationship with family members, and improve the quality of life and disease prognosis of patients with chronic non-cancerous pain from the perspective of improving psychological flexibility.
