Objective Through the intervention of the IMB model based on Maslow and family support in puerperium,to explore its influence on maternal parenting competence,self-efficacy and family support in puerperium,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for clinical nursing work. Methods A randomized controlled trial was used to select puerperium women who gave birth in the obstetrics department of a tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia from January 2021 to December 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,132 women were finally selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into groups using the random control table method. There were 4 groups including comprehensive group,IMB group,Maslow’s theory group and control group, with 33 people in each group. Before the intervention, the general data questionnaire,GSES scale,C-PSOC scale and Pss-Fa scale were collected for baseline evaluation. The control group received routine nursing;the IMB model group used the nursing model based on the IMB model on the basis of routine nursing;the Maslow theory group used the nursing model based on Maslow’s theory on the basis of routine nursing; The comprehensive group used Maslow’s theory, family support and IMB model comprehensive intervention program on the basis of routine care. The intervention period was 42 days, and a total of 5 interventions were performed, that is,one intervention on the 2nd,3rd,7th,14 th,and 28 th postpartum, and an assessment was required before each intervention, and a small test was performed on the 14 th postpartum day.In terms of intervention form, the first two interventions were conducted in the form of face-to-face motivational interviews in the hospital, and the last three were conducted online through We Chat.Effects were evaluated on the 42 nd postpartum day after five interventions using the GSES scale, the C-PSOC scale and the Pss-Fa scale. Results The SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data, and the data were processed by analysis of variance, nonparametric rank sum test and paired t test. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.During the experiment,a total of 8 patients dropped out, including 2 subjects in the control group,1 subject in the Maslow theory group,3 subjects in the IMB model group, and 2 subjects in the comprehensive group.Subject falls off.Finally,31 cases in the control group,32 cases in the Maslow theory group,30 cases in the IMB model group, and 31 cases in the comprehensive group were included.(1)There was no statistical significance in the scores of GSES scale,C-PSOC scale and Pss-Fa scale between the control group,Maslow’s theory group,IMB model group and comprehensive group before intervention(P>0.05).(2)Compared before and after the intervention, the GSES scale scores of the comprehensive group, the IMB model group and the Maslow theory group after the intervention were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05),which were all higher than those before the intervention;the control group There was no significant difference between the GSES scale scores after the intervention and before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the GSES scale scores between the comprehensive group and the control group,Maslow’s theory group and IMB model group(P<0.05).Statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Compared before and after the intervention, the C-PSOC scale scores of the comprehensive group, the IMB model group and the Maslow theory group after the intervention were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05),which were all higher than those before the intervention; There was no significant difference in C-PSOC scale scores between the control group after intervention and before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in the C-PSOC scale score between the comprehensive group and the control group and Maslow’s theory group(P<0.05),and the score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group and Maslow’s theory group; There was no significant difference in C-PSOC scale score between the model group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference among the other three groups(P>0.05).(4)Compared before and after the intervention, the scores of the Pss-Fa scale of the control group,Maslow’s theory group,IMB model group and comprehensive group after the intervention were significantly different from those before the intervention(P<0.05),which were all higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).before intervention. After the intervention, the Pss-Fa scale scores of the comprehensive group, the control group and the IMB model group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the score of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group and the IMB model group;the comprehensive group and Maslow’s theory group There was no statistically significant difference in the Pss-Fa score of the three groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the other three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The IMB model based on Maslow and family support can improve maternal parenting competence,self-efficacy and family support in puerperium, and improve maternal mental health in puerperium, which is worthy of application and promotion.;puerperium;...
