Objectives: The lesion site of patients with gout was scanned by energy spectrum CT to observe whether there was bone erosion and measure the maximum depth of bone erosion,then the number,maximum volume,total volume and uric acid(calcium)value of urate crystals in gout stones were measured,and clinical laboratory data were collected to analyze the influencing factors of bone erosion in patients with gout,so as to provide a basis for clinical doctors to treat patients with gout.Methods Sixty-three patients with chronic gout who received energy spectrum CT scanning in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were randomly selected.According to whether bone erosion occurred and the maximum depth of bone erosion was measured through energy spectrum CT observation,the patients were divided into a bone erosion patient group(41cases)and a non-bone erosion patient group(22 cases).The presence of gout stones was observed through energy spectrum CT scanning and clinical laboratory data were collected to compare the laboratory differences between the bone erosion patient group and the non-bone erosion patient group.Patients with gout stones around joints were divided into bone erosion joint group(38 cases)and non-bone erosion joint group(19 cases)according to whether bone erosion occurred in joints.The number,maximum volume,total volume and uric acid(calcium)value of urate crystals in gout stones were measured.To compare the differences of urate crystals between the bone erosion joint group and the non-bone erosion joint group.Finally analyzes the influence gout patient bone erosion correlation factor.Results: 1.The C-reactive protein,serum urea nitrogen,cystatin C,microalbumin,fasting blood glucose and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the bone erosion group of patients with gout were higher than those in the non-bone erosion group,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05);Creatinine,serum uric acid and total protein were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.The concentration,number,total volume and maximum volume of urate crystals in gout stone in the joint group with bone erosion were higher than those in the non-bone erosion group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.C-reactive protein,serum urea nitrogen,cystatin C and microalbumin in gout patients were related to bone erosion(P < 0.05);The number,total volume,maximum volume,and concentration of uric acid crystals in the gout stones were related to bone erosion(P < 0.05).Conclusions: C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with gout are related factors of bone erosion,suggesting that it may be related to inflammation.The number,total volume,maximum volume,and concentration of uric acid crystals in the gout stones are relevant factors for bone erosion in joints of patients with gout.
